Schools And Training Rooms
Tough blinds and shades for classrooms and training rooms that get used hard every day.
Commercial Is All We Do
Ashlock started fitting out offices around the Inner Harbor in 2004 and has never sold to homeowners. That focus shows up in the details commercial buyers care about: product data and submittals before you approve anything, crews who work around tenants, labeled schedules so every shade can be traced to its window, and a maintenance contract afterward.

Evening and weekend installs so offices and guest floors stay open.

One Call For Every Broken Blind
Commercial blinds take a beating: cords snap, slats bend, motors need adjusting. A maintenance contract gives you scheduled checks and a fixed rate for repairs across every building on the contract, whoever installed the original blinds. Put in a ticket and a technician is on site within the week.

What Facilities Teams Say
We needed new shades on four floors without shutting the office. Ashlock surveyed on a Tuesday, sent submittals by Friday and installed over three weekends. On Monday mornings you couldn't tell anyone had been there, apart from the shades.
Every guest room got dual shades, blackout behind a sheer, and they worked around our occupancy floor by floor. Complaints about early light dropped to almost nothing.
They're our standing call for broken blinds across three school buildings. A ticket goes in, someone is there within the week, and the invoice matches the contract.
Commercial Blinds FAQ
How do you price a commercial project?
After a site survey. Price depends on the number and size of openings, the product, mounting and access, and when we can install. You get an itemized proposal by floor or by room.
Can you install while the building is open?
Yes. Most offices and hotels stay open. We phase the work floor by floor and schedule evenings or weekends where needed.
Do your fabrics meet fire code?
Many commercial fabrics are tested to fire standards. Tell us what your building or code official requires and we'll only propose fabrics with the paperwork to match.
Do you work with general contractors and designers?
Yes. We price from drawings, provide submittals and samples, and coordinate install dates with the site schedule.
Do you repair blinds you didn't install?
Yes, on most commercial products. Our maintenance contracts cover repairs across a whole building, whoever supplied the original blinds.
