Jess Linnell started this business from one van in 2015, after too many customers brought back blinds that looked nothing like they had under store lights. A gray that looks warm in a showroom can look blue in a north-facing bedroom. So we bring the samples to the room, hold them up at the window, and measure while we're there.

Is there a charge for the visit?
No. The visit, the samples and the measure are free, and you're under no obligation to order.
How much do blinds cost if you come to me?
The same as if you came to us. Faux-wood blinds start around $85 a window and cellular shades around $110, measured and installed. You get a written quote at the end of the visit.
How long does a visit take?
About an hour for a typical home. Bigger homes or lots of rooms can take longer; we'll ask how many windows when you book.
Which areas do you cover?
Des Moines, West Des Moines, Ankeny, Urbandale, Waukee, Johnston and Clive. Ask us about anywhere else in Polk or Dallas County.
Can you replace just one broken blind?
Yes. We measure and replace single blinds too, and we can usually match the style of the rest of the room.
