Central Oregon's RV Detailing Specialists
An RV is a big investment and, for many owners, a second home — but it's also uniquely hard to keep up. It's too big for a car wash, the fiberglass oxidizes and goes chalky in the sun, the roof needs regular cleaning and resealing to prevent leaks that can total a rig, and awnings and slide-out seals need care most detailers wouldn't know to give. And moving a forty-foot motorhome just to get it cleaned is a non-starter. So RVs get neglected, and small maintenance problems become expensive ones.
For nine years, Wayfarer has specialized in exactly these big rigs across Bend and Central Oregon, and we've detailed more than nineteen hundred RVs — motorhomes, fifth-wheels, travel trailers, and everything in between. We come to you: your storage lot, your home, or your campground, fully self-contained, so you never have to move the rig. We have the height access and the right approach for large fiberglass surfaces, we buff away oxidation to bring back the shine, and — most importantly — we clean and reseal roofs and slide-out seals to keep water out, which is the single best thing you can do to protect an RV. We handle the awnings, the interior living space, and all the details that make your rig feel adventure-ready. Whether you're a weekend camper or full-timing it, we'll keep your home on wheels clean, sealed, and ready for the next trip. Get a fast quote and we'll come to you.

RV Detailing FAQ
Do you really come to my rig?
Yes — on-site service is core to what we do, because nobody wants to move a forty-foot motorhome or a big fifth-wheel just to get it cleaned. We come to your storage lot, your home, or your campground anywhere in Bend and Central Oregon, and we're fully self-contained: we bring our own water and power, so we don't need any hookups from you or the facility. You can be there or not — many owners just leave us access at the storage lot and come back to a detailed rig. It's by far the most convenient way to keep a big RV maintained, and it's how the vast majority of our work is done. When you get a quote, we'll arrange to come wherever your rig lives.
Why is roof cleaning and resealing so important?
Because a leaking roof is the single most damaging and expensive thing that happens to RVs, and it's almost entirely preventable. RV roofs are exposed to constant sun and weather, and the sealant around seams, vents, air conditioners, and other fixtures degrades and cracks over time. Once water finds a way in, it rots the roof structure and walls from the inside, often unseen until the damage is severe and the repair runs into thousands. Regular roof cleaning and resealing — inspecting the sealant and renewing it where needed — keeps water out and protects the entire rig. It's the highest-value maintenance you can do on an RV, and it's exactly the work most car detailers don't know to do and most owners can't safely reach. We make it routine.
What is oxidation and can you fix it?
Oxidation is what happens to an RV's fiberglass and gelcoat exterior under years of sun exposure — the surface breaks down, loses its shine, and develops that chalky, faded, dull look you can literally rub off on your hand. It's extremely common on RVs because they have huge exterior surfaces that sit outside. The good news is it's very fixable: we cut back the oxidized layer with the right compounds and machine buffing to reveal the sound, glossy surface underneath, then protect it. The transformation is dramatic — a chalky, tired-looking rig can come back looking a decade younger and deeply shiny. On badly oxidized motorhomes it's one of the most satisfying jobs we do, and it also protects the surface going forward.
What kinds of RVs do you detail?
All of them — motorhomes of every class, fifth-wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, pop-ups, camper vans, and truck campers. Big Class A motorhomes and large fifth-wheels are very much in our wheelhouse; we have the height access and equipment for their tall, large surfaces, which is exactly where a regular car detailer comes up short. We tailor the service to the rig: a full-timer's fifth-wheel has different priorities than a weekend travel trailer, and a tall Class A needs different roof access than a camper van. Whatever you've got, from a modest trailer to a coach-sized motorhome, we have the right approach, gear, and experience for it. If it's an RV, we detail it.
How often should I have my RV detailed?
It depends on use and storage, but a good rule is a full detail at least once or twice a year, with roof inspection and resealing as needed on a similar cadence — more often if your rig lives outside year-round in the sun. Many owners book us before the camping season to get the rig adventure-ready, and again before winter storage to protect it through the off-season. Full-timers and heavy users benefit from more frequent service. The roof is the key thing to stay ahead of: catching and renewing failing sealant before it leaks is far cheaper than repairing water damage after. When we detail your rig we'll assess the roof and surfaces and give you an honest recommendation on timing so you're protecting your investment without over-servicing.
How do I get a quote?
Call (541) 555-0117 or use the quick quote form and tell us about your rig — the type and size, and what it needs, whether that's a full detail, roof reseal, oxidation removal, or the works before a trip. We'll give you a clear quote and schedule on-site service at your storage lot, home, or campground across Central Oregon. Because every rig and its condition is different, a couple of quick details from you lets us quote accurately.
