Our Promise

The Way We'd Treat Our Own Mother's House

Half our customers are folks whose kids booked us from out of state — which tells you exactly who we have to answer to. So the rules are simple: call before arriving, boots wiped twice, china cabinets moved like they're made of glass, and not one word of upsell to anyone. The price quoted on the phone is the price, the same tech comes back every time so you're never opening the door to a stranger, and we leave every home better than we found it — carpets and all.

  • Same friendly tech on every visit
  • Call-ahead the day before, always
  • Zero upselling — quoted price is the price
  • Furniture moved gently and put back right

Veteran-Owned

Founded at Randolph, Rooted in San Antonio

Bluebonnet started in 2010 when Master Sgt. (Ret.) Dave Kowalczyk finished twenty years in the Air Force and wanted work that kept him useful to the community that raised his kids. Today half our techs are military spouses and veterans, we schedule around PCS season like the locals we are, and the military rate isn't marketing — it's memory. This city shows up for its people. So do we.

  • Founded by a retired Master Sergeant
  • Half the crew: veterans & military spouses
  • PCS move-out specialists since day one
  • Two free cleans a month for neighbors in need
Neighbors Say

Word Travels Down the Street

I'm 78 and careful about who comes into my house. Bluebonnet sends the same young man, Miguel, every single time — he calls the day before, wipes his boots twice, and moves my china cabinet back exactly where it goes. The senior rate means I can afford it twice a year now. They treat me like family.

PCS'd to Randolph in June with two kids, one dog, and a rental that needed its deposit back. They handled the move-out clean, honored the military rate without me asking twice, and emailed the receipt straight to my property manager. Squared away doesn't begin to cover it.
Staff Sgt. Marcus WebbMove-Out Clean · Universal City
Our church fellowship hall sees potlucks, quinceañeras, and four hundred kids a week of Vacation Bible School. Bluebonnet cleans it every summer at a rate that respects a congregation's budget — and they schedule around choir practice without being asked.

Questions

Things Neighbors Ask Us

How does the 15% community rate work?

Just mention it when you book — seniors 65+, active or retired military and spouses, and school staff all qualify. No coupon to print, no card to carry. It applies to every service, every visit, forever.

Will the same person really come every time?

Yes — we assign a regular tech to your home. You'll know Miguel or Denise by name, and they'll know where the china cabinet goes. If your tech is out sick, we'll tell you who's coming instead before the door rings.

Can you help with a military move-out?

It's our specialty — deposit-grade cleaning with an itemized receipt emailed straight to your property manager or housing office. Book early in PCS season; June fills up fast.

Do you clean churches and community buildings?

Fellowship halls, classrooms, nurseries, and offices — at community rates that respect a congregation's budget. We schedule around services and choir practice without being asked twice.

How long until the carpet is dry?

A few hours for light walking — we run air movers as we finish and leave you drying tips. Book a morning slot and you're comfortable by supper.

Which parts of town do you serve?

All over: Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, Leon Valley, Converse, Universal City, Helotes, Schertz, and Windcrest. If you're just past the loop, call anyway — we're flexible for neighbors.
