Every Hour Counts — 24/7 Water Damage Carpet Restoration in Houston
Every hour water sits, the odds of saving your carpet — and beating mold — drop. HydroGuard's crews are on site in 60 to 90 minutes, extracting with truck-mounted power and documenting everything for your insurer.
From Standing Water to Certified Dry
One crew handles the whole chain — extraction, drying, prevention, and the paperwork your claim depends on.
Crews Are On Call. Yes, Right Now.
Free phone triage tells you exactly what to do before we arrive — and we're usually there inside 90 minutes.

Why Speed Decides Everything
Water damage runs on a clock. In the first hours, clean water is just wet carpet. By day two, it's wicking up walls, delaminating carpet backing, and giving mold the head start it needs — after which 'cleaning' becomes 'demolition.' The difference between the two outcomes is almost always response time.
That's why HydroGuard runs 24/7 with crews stationed across Greater Houston, why our trucks carry extraction power that pulls water out by the hundreds of gallons, and why we place drying equipment the same visit instead of 'coming back Monday.' Ten years and nearly seven thousand floods in: called fast, most carpet is saveable. Called late, we'll still be honest about what's left to save.

What Happens When You Call
A drilled sequence, because water doesn't wait for a plan.
Triage on the Phone
Kill the source, kill the power to affected outlets, lift what furniture you can — we walk you through it while the crew rolls.
Extract Everything
Truck-mounted extraction pulls standing water and saturation out of carpet and pad — hundreds of gallons an hour.
Assess & Treat
Moisture mapping tells the truth about pad, tack strip, and subfloor. Saveable gets antimicrobial treatment; unsaveable gets said out loud.
Dry, Verify, Document
Air movers and dehumidifiers run until meters say dry — with daily readings, photos, and logs packaged for your insurance claim.
Built for the Worst Day Your Floor Has
Emergency response is a discipline. These are ours.
60–90 Minute Response
Stationed crews across the metro mean the clock starts working for you, not against you.
Truck-Mounted Power
Extraction that portable rentals can't touch — the difference between damp and drenched pad.
IICRC Water-Certified
Certified in water damage restoration science — category assessment, drying standards, and mold windows.
Adjuster-Grade Docs
Moisture maps, photo logs, and equipment records your claim can stand on. Adjusters thank us.
Straight Answers
If the pad is gone, we say so. If carpet is saveable, we save it. No fear-selling, no demolition upsell.
Kind Under Pressure
Flooded homes are stressful homes. Our crews are trained to be calm, clear, and decent to people having a bad night.

Your Claim Is Only as Good as Its Paper Trail
Most water-damage claim disputes come down to documentation: when was it extracted, how wet was what, and what was done about it. We build the file from the first hour — timestamped photos, room-by-room moisture readings, daily drying logs, and equipment records — in the formats adjusters actually work with.
We'll also walk you through the claim basics while the equipment hums: what your policy likely covers, what to photograph before we move anything, and how to talk to your adjuster. We're not public adjusters and won't pretend to be — but ten years of claims-adjacent work means your file goes in strong.

What should I do RIGHT NOW while I wait?
Stop the water at its source (the fixture valve or the main), keep people and pets off wet carpet, and if water is anywhere near outlets or cords, kill power to those rooms at the breaker. Lift light furniture onto foil or blocks if you safely can, and don't run a household vacuum on standing water — ever. Call us and we'll triage the rest by phone while the crew drives.
Can wet carpet actually be saved?
Very often, yes — if extraction starts fast. Clean-water floods caught within the first day usually mean saveable carpet, with the pad replaced more often than the carpet itself (pad is cheap; carpet is not). Gray and black water change the math, and we'll tell you honestly which category you're dealing with and what's genuinely safe to keep.
How long does drying take?
Typically two to four days of equipment run-time, verified by moisture meters rather than guesswork. We take daily readings, adjust equipment placement as materials dry, and don't pull equipment until carpet, pad, tack strip, and subfloor all meter dry — because 'feels dry' is how mold gets its start under the surface.
Will insurance cover this?
Sudden and accidental water (burst pipes, appliance failures) is covered by most homeowner policies; rising floodwater generally needs separate flood insurance. We can't decide coverage — that's between you and your carrier — but our documentation is built to support your claim, and we're glad to walk you through what adjusters typically look for.
How do you prevent mold afterward?
Speed, chemistry, and verification. Fast extraction removes mold's water supply, antimicrobial treatment of carpet, pad, and affected surfaces suppresses growth in the vulnerable window, and metered drying with daily logs proves moisture is actually gone. Mold needs about 48 hours of sustained moisture to establish — our whole process exists to deny it that.
What does emergency extraction cost?
It depends on water category and affected area, and we quote before work begins — including at 2 AM. Insurance covers most sudden-water events, we bill carriers directly when you'd like, and our documentation supports the claim either way. What we don't do: surprise line items, demolition upsells, or pricing that changes after the truck arrives.
