How It Works

All We Need Is the Car and a Place to Park Beside It

Our van carries its own water tank, a generator and everything else, so we don't need your hose or an outlet. Driveway, street parking, apartment lot or a work garage with room around the car all work.

Book a time and, for an inside wash, leave the keys somewhere safe if you won't be home, and we'll text a photo when it's done.

Where We Wash

Driveway, Parking Lot or Garage

If there's room to walk all the way around the car and park the van close by, we can wash it there.

Your driveway

The most common spot. Leave the car where it is, and we'll park on the street beside it.

Apartment and condo lots

Check with your property manager first. We bring our own water, so we don't need a spigot.

Office lots and garages

Tell us the garage level and the space number, and check that your building allows washing there.

Washed Where They Parked

★★★★★
They washed my car in the parking deck at work while I was in meetings. I came down at five and it was done, inside and out. I didn't lose a Saturday.

We're on the every-other-week plan for both cars. They text the day before, wash them in the driveway and leave. The kids' crumbs never get a chance to build up.

I asked for a quote at nine and they were in my driveway by two. Brought their own water. Didn't need anything from me but the address.

While You're Busy

Washed While You Get On With Your Day

Most of our washes happen while nobody's watching: during a school run, a work call or a Saturday soccer game. We park the van beside the car, wash it, tidy up after ourselves and send a photo.

If it rains on your booked day, we'll text to move you to the next dry slot at no cost.

Before We Arrive

Three Things That Help

1

Take out valuables

For inside washes, we vacuum under the seats and in the trunk. Anything you'd miss is better in the house.

2

Tell us how to get in

A gate code, the parking deck level or which car is yours. Add it to the quote request or text it the day before.

3

Leave the keys out

Only for inside washes. Leave the car unlocked or the keys somewhere safe; an exterior wash doesn't need them.

FAQ

Mobile Wash Questions

Do you need my water or electricity?

No. The van carries its own water and a generator. We only need room to park beside the car.

Can you wash my car at work?

Usually, yes. Check that your building allows it first. Open lots and most garages with a little space around the car work fine.

Which areas do you cover?

Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Apex, Garner and the neighborhoods in between. Further out, ask and we'll tell you if we can fit you in.

How long does a mobile wash take?

About forty-five minutes for an exterior wash and about ninety for inside and out. An interior clean on a family car can take two hours.

What if it rains?

We'll text the day before to move you to the next dry day. There's no charge for moving.

How do I pay for the wash?

By card, from a link we text you with the photo of the finished car.
