Win the Morning — Brunch Catering in Denver, CO

We Only Do Mornings. That's the Point.
Butter & Bloom started as a farmers-market pastry stand with a line that outlasted the croissants. Six years later we're still a morning-only kitchen — because brunch done right is a specialty, not a side menu.
Everything bakes the morning it's served: laminated pastries from 5:30 AM, quiches with proper custard, fruit cut at dawn instead of Tuesday. If your event starts at nine, our ovens started at five.
- ✓Morning-only kitchen since 2020

Why Our Brunch Tastes Like 7 AM, Not Yesterday
Morning food is unforgiving. Here's how we keep it honest.
Ovens On at 5:30
Pastries laminate overnight and bake the morning of — croissants leave our kitchen under two hours old.
The Warm Window
Hot dishes travel in insulated carriers timed to your serve time — custard stays custard, eggs stay soft.
Fruit Cut at Dawn
Melon and berries prepped the same morning, dressed with citrus and mint on arrival — never syrupy or tired.
Coffee Treated Seriously
Locally roasted beans, brewed on site or delivered in shuttles that actually keep temperature.
Brunch Catering, Answered
How early can you deliver?
Our first deliveries land at 6:30 AM — early enough for a 7 AM board breakfast. The ovens start at 5:30, so even the earliest drop is baked that morning.
What does brunch catering cost?
Bagel drops from $9 per person; full brunch spreads $18-32; hosted brunches with mimosa and coffee service $38-55. Every quote is one per-person number with delivery included in Denver.
Do you provide mimosa bar staffing?
Yes — our licensed bar team pours mimosas, bellinis, and zero-proof spritzes. For unstaffed events we set up a self-serve juice bar and leave the bubbly chilling.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Gluten-free pastries that don't apologize, vegan quiche that converts skeptics, and clear labels on everything. Tell us the needs when you book.
How much notice do you need?
Three days for most spreads; a week for hosted events and wedding mornings. Small bagel drops can often be arranged by next morning if you order before 2 PM.
Do you serve outside Denver?
We cover the metro from Golden to Aurora, and we'll drive to mountain wedding venues for morning-of brunches — ask about Evergreen, Boulder, and beyond.
