Why Development Teams Rebook

We Cater to the Program, Not Just the Plate

A fundraiser is a show with a spreadsheet behind it. Sixteen years of gala work taught us to read a run-of-show like a score: salads down before the welcome, entrées cleared before the ask, coffee poured as the paddles go up.

Our proposals are written for board approval — line-item pricing, nonprofit discounts stated plainly, and no surprise service fees an auditor will question in March.

  • Service timed to your run-of-show
  • Line-item, board-ready proposals
  • Stated nonprofit pricing — no games
  • One coordinator from walkthrough to strike

How We Protect Your Program

The operational details that keep the evening on schedule and on mission.

1

The Silent Clear

Plates land and leave in choreographed waves — no clatter over your speaker, ever.

2

The Paddle-Raise Pause

Service stops dead during the ask. Full stop. Wine resumes the moment the board chair sits down.

3

VIP Table Intelligence

Your major donors' preferences, allergies, and refill timing briefed to their dedicated server.

4

The Budget Guarantee

The number on the signed proposal is the number on the invoice. Boards notice.

From Event Chairs

What Development Teams Say

Dinner for 450 landed between the paddle raise and the keynote without a single clatter. Our auctioneer said it was the first gala where the food never fought the program. We re-booked before dessert.
Renata H.Gala chair, children's health foundation
They understand development work. The donor reception menu impressed our major gifts table without looking extravagant — a needle very few caterers can thread.
Marcus T.Development director, Midtown arts nonprofit
Volunteer appreciation for 200 on a nonprofit budget, and it still felt like a celebration. Their nonprofit pricing isn't a marketing line — it's real.

Committee Questions

Gala Catering, Answered

What does gala catering cost per guest?

Plated three-course gala dinners run $68-115 per guest; reception-style donor events $45-80. Nonprofit pricing is stated as a line item on every proposal — typically 10-15% below our corporate rates — so your board sees exactly what the mission saved.

Can you work within a fixed budget?

That's most of our work. Give us the per-guest ceiling and we'll design the best menu that fits it — and tell you honestly what trade-offs we'd make first.

How do you handle the program timing?

Your run-of-show becomes our service score. Courses land between program elements, service halts entirely during the ask, and we build buffer plans for the speech that runs long — because one always does.

Do you cater at our venue?

We're approved or experienced at most Atlanta ballrooms, museums, and event venues, and we're glad to complete new-venue paperwork. Full field-kitchen capability covers historic spaces with no kitchen at all.

Can you accommodate dietary needs at scale?

Yes — dietary meals are tracked to the seat via your table map, so the vegan plate finds the right guest without a server announcing it across the table.

Do you offer in-kind or sponsorship arrangements?

For a small number of mission-aligned partners each year, yes — typically as a discount recognized in your program. Ask, and we'll tell you what's available for your date.
