How much does catering cost per person?
Our drop-off packages run $6.95-12 per person, exactly as published on this page. Staffed buffets add $28/hr per server. The quote we send is the invoice you pay — no service fees, no admin charges.
Is there a minimum order?
20 people for drop-off packages, 40 for staffed events. Below that, ask anyway — we can often fold a small order into an existing route.
Can you really cater a wedding affordably?
Yes — most of our couples feed 75-150 guests for $12-15 a plate using the same packages on this page, dressed up with linens-ready trays and a serving team. Beautiful buffet, no wedding markup.
What if my headcount changes?
Update us up to 48 hours before the event and we adjust the invoice to match — up or down. You pay for the people who are coming, not the guess you made a month ago.
Do you handle dietary restrictions?
Every package includes a vegetarian main and gluten-aware sides at no extra charge. Vegan and allergy-specific trays can be added for a small per-tray amount — always quoted up front.
How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks is comfortable, and we hold room for orders up to 48 hours out. December and graduation season book earliest — grab your date first, tweak the menu later.
