Bilingual Church in El Paso
One church, two languages. Worship in English and Spanish side by side at 9:30, or completely en español at noon. Bienvenidos a casa.

Two Languages, One Family
Dos Puentes began in 1995 as a Spanish-language Bible study in a house in Segundo Barrio. As the children grew up speaking English at school, the church grew with them. Today grandparents, parents and kids worship together, with songs, Scripture and the message in both languages.
Nuestro nombre, Dos Puentes, means two bridges: one between English and Spanish, and one between our church and the neighborhood around it.

In Their Own Words
My mom only speaks Spanish and my kids mostly speak English. At the 9:30 we all sit in the same row and everybody understands. I didn't know a church could do that.
Llegué a El Paso sin conocer a nadie. En Dos Puentes encontré una familia, clases de inglés y gente que oró por mí cada semana.
I came for the English class on Tuesday night. A year later I'm leading the welcome team on Sunday.
Questions · Preguntas
I only speak English. Will I understand the 9:30 service?
Yes. Every song and reading is on screen in both languages, and headsets with English interpretation of the message are available at the welcome table.
¿Hay servicio solo en español?
Sí. El servicio de las 12:00 PM es completamente en español, con clases para niños al mismo tiempo.
What should I wear? · ¿Cómo me visto?
Whatever you're comfortable in. Algunos se arreglan, muchos vienen en jeans.
Are the English classes really free?
Yes, and you don't need to attend the church. Classes run in 10-week sessions starting in January, April and September.
What do I need for the food pantry?
Nothing. Come on Saturday between 9 and 11 AM and tell us how many people live at home.
