Will you judge how messy my house is?
Never — truly. We've organized hundreds of homes and there is nothing you can show us that will faze us or make us think less of you. Most of our clients feel a little embarrassed before we arrive and completely at ease within ten minutes. We're here to help, not to judge. Your home and your privacy are safe with us.
Do I need to buy bins and organizers first?
Please don't! One of the most common mistakes is buying products before you know what you actually need. We assess your space first, then recommend exactly the right organizers (or work with what you have). If you'd like us to source and bring products, we can handle that for you and only use what earns its place.
Do you take the clutter away?
Yes. Part of what makes decluttering actually work is that the excess leaves. We sort items into keep, donate, and toss, then box and haul away donations for you so they don't linger in your garage. You approve everything that goes — we never remove anything without your say-so.
Can you organize while I'm not home?
Absolutely. Some clients love being hands-on in the process; others prefer to hand us a key and come home to a transformed space. Both work beautifully. For decluttering we'll usually want a little of your input on what stays, but much of the work can be done independently once we understand your goals.
How long does a space take?
Most single spaces — a pantry, a closet, a home office — are transformed in one three-to-six-hour session. Larger projects like a whole-home declutter or a full move are scoped across multiple sessions. We'll give you a clear estimate of time and cost at your consult, so there are no surprises.
