How long does a typical engagement last?
Most improvement projects run eight to twelve weeks after the two-day assessment. Some clients keep a monthly support day afterward to hold the gains.
How are fees set?
Every project has a fixed fee agreed after the assessment. No hourly billing, and you own every tool, template and board we build.
Will this disrupt production?
We work around your schedule — early mornings, off shifts or planned downtime for anything that touches a running line.
Will my people resist this?
Change sticks when crews help design it, so they do. We spend more time listening to operators than presenting to managers.
Do we need lean experience?
No. We teach what's needed as we go, in plain language, using your own work as the example.
