Are you a managed IT company?
No. We don't run your help desk. We advise on strategy, software and projects, and we work alongside your IT provider or help you choose one.
Why does vendor-neutral matter?
Because we earn nothing from what you buy, our recommendation is only about what fits your business and budget.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Most clients have between 10 and 200 employees, and we've helped smaller teams with a single project.
Do you come on site?
Yes, across the Wasatch Front from Ogden to Provo. Clients elsewhere in Utah work with us remotely.
How are you paid?
Fixed fees for projects, agreed before we start, and a monthly fee for the fractional IT director service. Nothing from vendors.
Is our information kept confidential?
Always. We sign a confidentiality agreement before reviewing your systems, and we use access you can remove at any time.
