About Twirlstone

Nobody Here Started Strong

Twirlstone opened off Spring Mountain Road in 2019 for people who were curious about pole and nervous about walking in. Most of our students had never done a pull-up. Some came for a bachelorette party and never left.

Every class is capped at twelve, with one pole per student, so you're never waiting in line or being watched. You build grip and strength first, then spins, then inverts when you and your instructor agree you're ready — not before.

  • ✓Twelve students max, one pole each
  • ✓Blinds down, phones away during class
  • ✓Crash mats under every pole
  • ✓Daytime classes for shift workers

Classes

Everyone starts in Intro to Pole. From there, pick the classes that match what you love.

Intro to PoleStart here

Your first four weeks: how to grip, walk around the pole, climb a little and land your first spins. Every other class builds on this one.

Pole FlowLevel 1+

Slow, floor-based movement linking spins, body waves and transitions to music. More dance than workout, and a great second class.

Spins & InvertsLevel 2+

Spinning pole, climbs and — once your shoulders are ready — your first supported invert, always with an instructor spotting.

Heels ChoreographyAll levels

A short routine taught over four weeks. Heels are optional; confidence is the whole point.

FlexibilityAll levels

Active stretching for splits, backbends and shoulders — the class that makes every other one feel easier.

Aerial HoopLevel 1+

Lyra basics on a low hoop: mounts, sits and simple poses, with mats underneath and a spotter beside you.

Stronger Than They Expected

★★★★★
I walked in unable to hold myself on the pole for two seconds. Four months later I did my first invert and the whole class cheered. Nobody here makes you feel like the new girl.

I work nights on the Strip, so the 11 AM classes are the only way I could ever do this. It's the strongest I've felt in my life, and the most fun I have all week.

We booked a party for my sister's bachelorette and expected something cheesy. It was a real class — funny, a little sweaty, and everyone went home with a video of their first spin.

FAQ

Questions Beginners Ask Us

Do I need to be strong or flexible to start?

No. Intro to Pole builds the grip and strength you need, one class at a time. Most of our students couldn't do a pull-up when they started.

What should I wear?

Shorts and a tank or sports bra — your skin grips the pole, so bare legs and arms help. Skip lotion on the day of class. Bare feet or grip socks are fine.

Do I have to wear heels?

Never. Heels are optional even in Heels Choreography. Most beginners start barefoot.

How long until I can go upside down?

Usually three to six months of regular classes. Your instructor signs you off for inverts once your shoulders and grip are ready.

Is there an age limit?

Students are 18 and over. Our oldest regular is 64 and teaches the rest of us about patience.

Can I book a bachelorette or birthday party?

Yes — private 90-minute parties for up to twelve guests, most days of the week. Send us your date and group size and we'll hold a slot.

Questions or Party Plans?

Ask about classes, levels or a private party and we'll reply within a day.
