A Studio Made for the Smallest Dancers
Pip & Plié opened in 2019 because our founder, a preschool teacher and former dancer, couldn't find a studio that taught toddlers the way toddlers actually learn: in short bursts, through play, with plenty of room to be three.
Every class is capped at eight dancers and led by a teacher trained in early-childhood movement. We use props, stories and music to build coordination, listening and confidence — and we measure success in smiles, not steps.

Happy Dancers, Happy Grown-Ups
Our daughter cried at the door of her first swim class and her first soccer class. At Pip & Plié the teacher got down to her level, handed her a scarf, and she twirled in without looking back. Now she practices pliés in the grocery store.
Parent & Me is the best 30 minutes of my week with my two-year-old. It's structured enough that he learns something, silly enough that he never notices, and nobody minds when he lies on the floor for a song.
I love that the end-of-term show is in the studio for fifteen minutes, not a three-hour recital in an auditorium. Our twins got to perform, feel proud, and be home for dinner.

Questions from Grown-Ups
What if my child cries or won't join in?
Totally normal, and totally fine. Nervous dancers can hold your hand for the first song, sit and watch, or join when they're ready. Most are twirling by week two.
Does my child need to be potty-trained?
For drop-off classes (Tiny Twirlers and up), yes. Parent & Me has no potty-training requirement because a grown-up is in the room.
What should my dancer wear?
Any leotard, tights and ballet slippers are lovely — but comfy clothes and bare feet are perfectly fine. Kinder Hip-Hop dancers wear clean sneakers.
Is there a big recital?
No. At the end of each term we hold a fifteen-minute show in the studio for families — costumes optional, pressure-free, home in time for dinner.
What is the happiness guarantee?
If your child doesn't love their first month, tell us and we'll refund that month's tuition. No forms, no fuss.
Can grown-ups watch?
Yes — through the lobby viewing window every week. We keep the room itself parent-free so little ones focus (except Parent & Me, of course).
