The Homework Lab is why families find us and why they stay. Every afternoon, certified teachers run a focused 45-minute block — real help, not just supervision. Work gets checked, corrected, and signed off in the folder before your kid hits the playground.

Fort vans run routes to 12 Tulsa schools, driven by our own background-checked staff — never contractors. You get a text when your kid is picked up and another when they walk through our door. Average time from bell to snack: 22 minutes.

Everything Parents Ask
What schools do you pick up from?
Twelve Tulsa schools across Midtown, Kendall Whittier, and Brookside — the current route list is in the enrollment packet. If your school isn't on it, ask: routes get added when 4+ families need one.
Do you take kids just two or three days a week?
Yes — five-day, three-day, and two-day schedules, plus a Homework-Lab-only option. Part-time spots are the first to fill, so check availability early.
What if my child has homework I want left for home?
Totally fine — tell the Lab teachers what to leave and they'll respect it. Some families keep reading for bedtime; the folder note tells you what's done and what's saved.
What ages does camp serve, and how are groups split?
Campers are rising K through finished 6th grade, grouped into three age crews with their own counselors and schedules — so kindergartners and sixth graders both get a summer that fits.
Can we pick individual camp weeks?
Yes — camp is week-by-week. Book the whole summer or just Tie-Dye Week. Multi-week and sibling discounts apply automatically at registration.
What does a camp day look like?
Drop-off from 7:30, morning crew circle, two activity blocks, lunch, swim or water play, quiet hour, afternoon clubs, and pickup by 6:00. Fridays add popsicles; Week 8 adds the backyard campout.
Are you licensed, and who works with the kids?
We're licensed by Oklahoma DHS (Lic. #K8804517). Every staff member is background-checked and CPR/first-aid certified, our counselor ratio is 1:10, and our Homework Lab teachers hold current teaching certificates.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your schedule and season — the current rate sheet comes with the availability check, and there's nothing extra for van pickup. Sibling discounts on everything.
