We personally run a seven-point screen, call references, interview every caregiver, and place only about 3% of applicants. Then we match to your specific family, and back it with a guarantee. What does the seven-point vetting actually include?
National criminal history, sex-offender registry, identity verification, work-eligibility, driving record, verified CPR/first-aid and relevant caregiving credentials, and personally-called past-family references — refreshed on a schedule, not just once at intake. We're a licensed Georgia employment agency and we document all of it.
How long does it take to find a match?
It depends on your needs, but many full-time placements are matched within one to three weeks, and backup or occasional sitters often the same week. Newborn night nurses can frequently be placed within days. We move as quickly as a careful, quality match allows — and never faster than that.
What if the nanny isn't the right fit after they start?
