About the App, Cams & Care
Are the live cameras secure and private?
Yes — access is encrypted, tied to your verified parent account, and limited to your child's classrooms. Only enrolled families can view, only during operating hours, and footage isn't shared or stored beyond our security retention policy. The cameras are there to reassure you, with your family's privacy fully protected.
Does all the technology make the care feel cold?
It's the opposite, by design. The app and cameras exist to deepen the connection between you, your child, and their teacher — not replace it. Our teachers are the heart of every day; the tech just lets you see the warmth you're paying for. Most parents tell us it makes them feel closer, not more distant.
What exactly is on the daily report?
