A Doctor With Time For You
Most primary care doctors look after two to three thousand patients. At Wyncliffe, each doctor looks after no more than four hundred. That one number changes everything else: appointments that start on time and run as long as they need to, a doctor who remembers your history without opening a chart, and a phone that's answered by the person who treats you.
We opened in Naples in 2012 and we're still physician-owned. Membership pays for the services insurance doesn't cover; your insurance still pays for covered care.
- ✓Board-certified internists
- ✓Membership capped at 400 per doctor
- ✓Physician-owned since 2012
What Membership Includes
One annual fee for services insurance doesn't cover; covered visits and tests are still billed to insurance as usual.
Unhurried Annual Physical
About 90 minutes with your doctor, with labs drawn here and a written plan for the year ahead.
Same- & Next-Day Visits
When you're unwell, you're seen today or tomorrow in most cases — usually by your own doctor.
Direct Line To Your Doctor
Call or text your doctor's practice line, with an on-call doctor after hours and on weekends.
Home & Hotel Visits
When getting to the office is hard — after surgery, during a flare-up or for visiting family.
Specialist Coordination
We choose the right specialist with you, make the call, share your records and read the report together.
Telehealth Visits
Video visits from home or from your summer address, with the same doctor.
The Difference Time Makes
Visits That Aren't Rushed
Thirty minutes for a routine visit, longer when you need it, and no one waiting on the clock.
A Doctor Who Calls Back
Questions go to your doctor, not a message queue, and you hear back the same day.
Someone Steering Your Care
We keep your specialists, hospital and pharmacy working from the same information.
Members Tend To Want Three Things
One Doctor For The Long Term
People who want the same physician to know them, year after year, rather than whoever is free.
Help With Several Conditions
Members managing heart, lung or diabetes care alongside specialists who need someone coordinating.
Care Between Two Homes
Seasonal residents who need a Naples doctor who works with the one up north.
Four Unhurried Steps

Your First Physical
About 90 minutes, plus labs, and a written plan we go through together.
Ongoing Care
Visits, calls and coordination whenever you need them through the year.

When The Office Isn't Practical
After a hospital stay, during a bad flare-up, or when a visiting grandchild runs a fever, your doctor can come to you — at home, at the office or at a hotel in the Naples area. Home visits are part of membership; covered care is billed to insurance as usual.
- ✓Home, office and hotel visits
- ✓Follow-up the day after a discharge
- ✓Medicines reviewed at the kitchen table
What Membership Costs
Memberships start at $2,400 a year per adult. Membership isn't a replacement for health insurance.
The membership fee
Covers what insurance doesn't: an extended 90-minute annual physical, same-day access and your doctor's direct line. It's paid by you and isn't billed to insurance.
Insurance and Medicare
We still bill your plan for covered visits, labs and tests, so keep your insurance in place.
Hospital, specialist and emergency care
These stay with your insurance — membership doesn't cover them.
Annual or quarterly
Pay the year up front or quarterly. Couples and families can ask about a household membership.
Before You Join
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Membership covers services insurance doesn't; your insurance or Medicare still pays for covered visits, tests, specialists and hospital care.
Is the membership fee covered by insurance?
No — it's paid by you. Ask your tax adviser whether any part of it can be paid from a health savings account; the rules are specific.
Are you taking new members?
Yes, while there's room on a doctor's panel. When a panel is full we keep a short waiting list.
What happens in an emergency?
Call 911 first. Then call us — your doctor will follow you through the ER or hospital stay.
I spend part of the year elsewhere. Does that work?
Yes. Many members are seasonal. We offer video visits while you're away and work with your doctor up north.
Can I send medical questions through this website?
Please don't — use the form only to arrange a meeting. Members message their doctor directly.
