The Doctor Who Sees The Whole Picture

Fernmoor has looked after Dayton adults since 1999. Our four internists are board-certified in internal medicine, the specialty that trains physicians to manage several conditions at once — the patient with diabetes, high blood pressure and a heart specialist, who needs one doctor making sure it all fits together.

You'll have one physician who leads your care, and colleagues who know your history when they're covering.

Most blood work is drawn here from 7:30 in the morning, so you don't need a second stop. Results go to your patient portal, usually with a note from your physician explaining what they mean.

Through the portal you can message your care team, request refills and book telehealth visits for follow-ups that don't need an exam. Your login comes with your first visit.

One Doctor, The Whole Plan

★★★★★
I came to Fernmoor with three specialists who never talked to each other. My internist pulled it all together into one plan, cut two medicines I didn't need and explained why. For the first time I feel like someone is in charge of the whole picture.

★★★★★
Labs at 7:30, results in the portal that afternoon, and a message from my doctor explaining what they meant before I'd even thought to ask.
Raymond P.Patient, Oakwood
★★★★★
They walked me through the switch to Medicare and my wellness visit was the most thorough appointment I've had in years.

Do you see children?

No — we see adults 18 and over. We're happy to recommend a pediatric practice for your kids.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes, traditional Medicare and many Medicare Advantage plans, plus most commercial plans. Call with your plan name and we'll confirm.

How do I get my results?

In the patient portal, usually with a note from your physician. If something needs attention sooner, we'll call you.
