Do you work with our general contractor?
Yes — most of our work is alongside a GC, and we're good at it. We coordinate rough-in and finish around the framing, insulation, drywall, and cabinet schedules so the electrical never holds up the project. If you don't have a GC and it's an electrical-only remodel, we can run it directly with you.
Will my old panel handle a kitchen or addition remodel?
Often not — and that's one of the first things we check. Adding a modern kitchen, a suite, or a finished basement frequently pushes the load past what an older panel can safely carry. We do a load calculation up front and, if needed, upgrade the service and panel so the whole remodel runs safely. Catching this early keeps your renovation on schedule.
Should I rewire while the walls are open?
If your home has ungrounded, aluminum, or knob-and-tube wiring, a remodel is the best (and cheapest) time to replace it — the walls are already open.
