Asked Before the First Survey

We failed our ERRCS inspection. How fast can you fix it?

Fast is the specialty. We benchmark the existing coverage within days, re-engineer the system against the actual fire-code grid, and coordinate directly with the marshal's office on the retest. Most failed systems we take over pass on the next inspection.

Do you build the networks you design?

No — and that's deliberate. We're engineers, not contractors, so our designs aren't padded to feed a construction arm. We'll bid-level the contractors, review their submittals, and inspect their work on your behalf.

What does fiber route design cost?

Typically a small fraction of construction cost — and it usually pays for itself in avoided rework and faster permits. Simple campus routes start in the four figures; multi-mile OSP backbones are priced per mile after a records review. Every proposal shows unit pricing.

Can you work with our architect during design?

That's the ideal entry point. Telecom rooms, riser pathways, and coverage infrastructure cost pennies in design development and a fortune after drywall. We slot into the design team like any other engineering discipline.

Which carriers do you work with on DAS?

All the majors — and more importantly, we get their commitments in writing before equipment is ordered. A DAS without carrier participation agreements is just expensive copper, and we won't let you buy one.

Do you handle small-cell programs or just single sites?

Both. For programs, we run the full pipeline — candidates, RF justification, zoning, ROW permits, and construction drawings at volume. Our metroplex permitting playbook is why carriers hand us the hard cities.
