Trade Show Stands in Las Vegas
Stand design and build, show floor management and exhibitor servicing. Twenty-three years on the Vegas floor, our own shop and storage, and an invoice you can actually read.

Twenty-Three Years of Reading the Exhibitor Manual
Standpoint has worked the Las Vegas convention floor since 2003, on both sides of it — building stands for exhibitors and managing halls for organisers.
The thing that separates a good exhibit partner from an expensive one is not design. It is knowing the show. Which hall has which rigging rules. What the drayage rate actually is and how it is calculated. Which union does what, and what your own staff are and are not allowed to touch. What the exhibitor manual says on page forty-one that nobody reads until it costs them.
We own our shop and our storage here, which means your stand does not travel across the country twice a year, and we can get to the floor at four in the morning when the schedule slips.
- ✓1,900 stands designed and built since 2003
- ✓Own fabrication shop and storage in Las Vegas
- ✓Union-compliant labour on every floor we work
- ✓We work organiser-side too, so we know the manual from both ends
The Costs Other Quotes Leave Out
This is where exhibiting budgets actually break.
Drayage, priced properly
Material handling is charged by weight, by the hundredweight, with minimums and round-ups. It is the single biggest surprise on most exhibitor invoices, and we price it in the quote.
Union labour, correctly scoped
Who can carry what, who must do the electrical, and what your own team may legally touch. Getting this wrong costs money and creates floor disputes.
Rigging and hanging signs
Hall-specific, ordered in advance, and priced differently at every venue. Ordered late it is roughly double.
Electrical, internet and water
Advance-order rates versus floor rates are typically a fifty percent difference. We order to the deadline, not to the panic.
Storage between shows
If your stand is reconfigurable, storing it here beats shipping it home and back. Included in our quote as a line, not a surprise.
Install and dismantle labour
Estimated from the actual build drawing and the hall's crew rules, rather than a guess that gets revised upward on site.
What We Do
Exhibitor side, organiser side, or both.
Exhibiting at a show we already work? Tell us which one — there is a good chance we know that hall's manual line by line.
Four Line Items That Eat the Budget
Drayage nobody explained
Material handling is charged on inbound weight with minimums and round-ups, and it is frequently a quarter of the total cost. Most exhibitors first understand it when the invoice arrives.
Ordering after the advance deadline
Electrical, internet, rigging and furniture all carry advance rates that expire. Ordering on the floor is routinely fifty percent more for exactly the same thing.
A stand that cannot reconfigure
A custom build for one show is a custom build again for the next. A stand designed to reconfigure across three footprints pays for itself inside two seasons.
Shipping it home between shows
Two-way freight plus storage at your own facility usually costs more than storing it near the convention centre it keeps coming back to.
Stands and Floors We Have Built
A sample from the last two seasons.

One Stand, Three Footprints
Most exhibitors buy a stand for a specific booth size and then discover the next show only has a different one available.
We design for that from the start. A properly modular build reconfigures between a 10x20, a 20x20 island and a 10x10 without looking like a compromise at any of them — same finishes, same graphics system, different arrangement. It is drawn once and rebuilt many times.
Across our clients, a reconfigurable build typically pays for itself against a custom-per-show approach inside two seasons, and it stores flat in our warehouse between them.
- ✓One design that works at 10x10, 10x20 and 20x20
- ✓Shared graphics system so refreshes are cheap
- ✓Stored flat in our Vegas warehouse between shows
- ✓Typically pays back against per-show builds in two seasons
From Booth Confirmation to Strike
Most exhibitor engagements run twelve to twenty weeks.
Read the manual
We go through the exhibitor manual for your specific show and price drayage, rigging, electrical and labour before we design anything.
Design and quote
A drawn stand with an all-in quote — build, freight, drayage, labour and services — as one number rather than six invoices.
Build and ship
Fabricated in our shop, and either trucked to the hall or walked over from our warehouse if the show is here.
Install, show, strike
Union-compliant install, staffed through show hours, dismantled and back into storage for the next one.
What Clients Say
We exhibited for six years and never once understood our own invoice. Standpoint sat down with the exhibitor manual, priced the drayage properly up front, and our all-in cost came in eleven percent under what we had budgeted. Nobody had ever explained material handling to us before.
Our stand had to work at three shows in four months in three different cities with three different union environments. They designed it to reconfigure, stored it between shows and had it on the floor on time every time. Our old vendor rebuilt it from scratch each show and billed us accordingly.
We hired them on the organiser side to run an 84-exhibitor floor. Exhibitor servicing, sponsorship fulfilment, the whole hall. Complaint volume dropped by about two thirds and sponsor renewal hit 92%, which for us is unheard of.
Send Us the Show and the Booth Size
We'll read that show's exhibitor manual and come back within five business days with an all-in quote — build, freight, drayage, labour and services as one number.
What Clients Ask Before Booking
What is drayage and why does everyone warn me about it?
Material handling — moving your freight from the dock to your booth and back. It's charged on inbound weight by the hundredweight, with minimums and round-ups, and it's routinely a quarter of an exhibitor's total cost. It's also the single most common line nobody quotes up front. We price it in the quote.
How much does a trade show stand cost?
Booth size and whether it's custom or reconfigurable drive it most, and the show itself matters more than people expect — halls differ enormously on labour and services. Send us the show and the booth size and we'll come back with an all-in number rather than a build price that grows six invoices later.
Can you work shows outside Las Vegas?
Yes, regularly. Our shop and storage are here, which is an advantage for the many shows that are too, but we build and ship nationally. Freight is quoted as its own line so you can see it.
We already have a stand. Can you just run the install?
Yes — install, dismantle and storage without the build is a real part of what we do. We'll inspect what you have, tell you honestly what condition it's in, and quote the labour against the actual hall rules.
Do you work for show organisers as well as exhibitors?
Both, and it's why we're useful. Floor planning, exhibitor servicing and sponsorship fulfilment on the organiser side means we know the manual from the side that writes it — which is exactly what an exhibitor wants on their team.
How far ahead should we start?
Twelve to twenty weeks for a new build, mostly for fabrication lead time and to hit the advance-order deadlines on services — those deadlines are where fifty percent price differences live. If your show is sooner, call anyway; we keep shop capacity for short-notice work.
