What's the youngest age you teach?
Our Parent & Tot program welcomes kids as young as 18 months, with a grown-up alongside them. From there, our Preschool classes (ages 3-5) let little ones explore independently, and we have programs all the way up through competitive team and even adult classes.
My child has never done gymnastics — is that okay?
Absolutely — most of our students start as complete beginners! Our recreational classes are grouped by age and ability, so your child learns at exactly the right pace in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Book a free trial and we'll place them in the perfect class.
Is it safe?
Safety is our obsession. Our coaches are safety-certified and background-checked, our equipment is professional-grade and meticulously maintained, we use foam pits and soft landings, and we keep class sizes small with low coach-to-student ratios. It's why parents trust us.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothes they can move freely in — a leotard or a t-shirt and shorts both work great. Bare feet, hair tied back, and no jewelry. Bring a water bottle. That's all you need for the free trial; we provide everything else.
Do you offer birthday parties and camps?
We do! Our birthday parties are legendary — open gym, games, foam pits, and a private party room, with all the setup and cleanup handled by us. We also run school-break camps throughout the year. Ask us for dates and availability.
How much does it cost?
We offer flexible monthly tuition with sibling and multi-class discounts, plus party and camp packages. Because the right class depends on your child's age and goals, we'll give you clear pricing when you come in — and your trial class is always free.
