Why Aria

Pilates the Way It Should Feel

The details that turn a workout into a practice you'll genuinely look forward to.

Truly Small Classes

Capped at eight, so your instructor sees you, corrects you, and tailors every exercise to your body. Never a room you get lost in.

Certified, Caring Instructors

Comprehensively trained teachers who lead with knowledge and warmth — and genuinely know their regulars by name.

Kind to Every Body

Beginners, pre- and post-natal, post-injury, every age — Pilates meets you exactly where you are, and we scale everything to you.

A Space That Calms You

Light, airy, and immaculate — the studio itself is part of the practice. You'll feel the difference the moment you arrive.

Results You Feel

Better posture, a stronger core, less pain, and a longer, more capable body — Pilates that shows up in your real life.

Classes That Fit Your Life

Early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with easy online booking — so your practice fits around your week, not the reverse.

The Aria Feeling

An Hour That Gives More Than It Takes

So much of fitness leaves you depleted. Pilates at Aria does the opposite — you'll work hard, but you'll leave calmer, taller, and more connected to your body than when you walked in.

That's by design. Our instructors teach with intention and breath, our space is built for serenity, and our classes are small enough to feel personal. It's strength training that feels like self-care — and the reason our members keep their spot, year after year.

  • Low-impact, deeply effective
  • Taught with intention & breath
  • Strength training that feels like self-care
  • A practice members keep for years

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never done Pilates — where do I start?

With our Beginner Foundations class, which is designed exactly for you. We'll introduce the reformer, the breath, and the basics in a small, welcoming group, with an instructor guiding every move. Most first-timers are surprised how approachable — and fun — it feels.

What's the difference between reformer and mat Pilates?

Reformer Pilates uses a spring-loaded machine that adds resistance and support, making it incredibly effective and easy to scale. Mat Pilates uses your body weight on the floor. Both build core strength and control — many members do both, and we'll help you choose.

How small are the classes?

We cap every class at eight, so your instructor can actually see you, correct your form, and tailor exercises to your body. It's the attention of a private session at a fraction of the cost.

Is Pilates safe during pregnancy or after an injury?

Yes — with the right guidance, which is our specialty. Our prenatal and rehab classes are led by instructors specifically trained for them, and we'll always modify around your needs. We're happy to coordinate with your doctor or physio when helpful.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in, and grip socks (we sell them, or bring your own). That's it — we provide the reformers, mats, and all the props. Just arrive a few minutes early for your first class.

How much do classes cost?

We offer intro packages, class packs, and memberships, with pricing depending on what suits you. Tell us how often you'd like to practice and we'll recommend the best value — and your first class is a great low-commitment way to start.

Roll Out Your First Reformer

Tell us a little about your experience and when works, and we'll get you booked into the perfect first class — usually the same day.
