Full-Broadcast Flake
Colored chips across the whole floor. Hides dust, grit and tire marks, adds texture underfoot — the most-chosen garage finish by far.
Solid Color
One clean color with a clear topcoat, for shops and home gyms where you want a crisp, easy-to-sweep floor.
Metallic
Pigments swirled into the epoxy for a pearl-like, one-of-a-kind floor. Best in game rooms, showrooms and show garages.
What Our Heat Does To A Garage Floor
Hot Tire Pickup
Tires come home at 150 degrees and grab soft coatings. We use topcoats rated for it.
UV Yellowing
Plain epoxy ambers where the sun hits it through an open door. Polyaspartic topcoats don't.
Dust & Grit
Desert grit scratches glossy floors. Flake hides it, and a little grit in the topcoat adds grip.
Pool Chemicals & Oil
Chlorine, oil and antifreeze wipe off a sealed floor instead of soaking into bare concrete.

Garage Floor Questions
What's the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Epoxy is thick and tough and makes a great base coat, but it cures slowly and can yellow in sunlight. Polyaspartic cures in hours and stays clear under UV, which is why we use it as the topcoat on most garages here. Many of our floors are both: an epoxy base under a polyaspartic top.
Will the floor be slippery?
Full-flake floors have a light texture and are about as grippy as bare concrete. For steps, ramps and shops we add a fine grit to the topcoat. Metallic floors are smoother and better suited to game rooms and showrooms than wet garages.
How much does an epoxy garage floor cost?
It depends mostly on size, the condition of the concrete and the finish. Our packages above show starting prices for one-, two- and three-car garages; heavy crack repair, moisture problems or a metallic finish add to it. The free quote puts every item in writing.
Why not just use a kit from the hardware store?
Kits are thin, rolled over concrete that hasn't been ground, and usually peel where the tires sit within a summer or two. Most of the cost of a professional floor is the prep and the thickness, which a kit can't give you.
How long until I can park on it?
Most garages are done in one day. You can walk on it that evening and park after about 24 hours. Full chemical resistance takes about a week.
Can you coat over an old, peeling coating?
Yes — we grind the old coating off first. It adds time and is priced on the quote, but coating over a failing layer just means the new floor fails with it.
