Brewed Here. Poured Fresh.
Sixteen rotating taps of obsessively crafted beer, brewed steps from where you're standing — in a warm, welcoming taproom that's good for friends, families, and very good dogs.

A Taproom Worth the Trip
Great beer is just the start. Here's what makes Copperline the kind of place you keep coming back to.
Brewed On-Site
Every pint is made right here in our brewhouse — small batches, fresh as it gets, with full control over quality from grain to glass.
Independent & Family-Owned
No corporate overlords, no shortcuts — just a family obsessed with making great beer and building a place people love.
16 Rotating Taps
Always something new and something familiar. Crisp lagers, hazy IPAs, brooding stouts, funky sours — there's a pour for everyone.
Dog & Family Friendly
Bring the kids, bring the dog, bring the whole crew. Our taproom is warm, casual, and built for hanging out a while.
A Food Truck Every Night
We rotate the best local food trucks daily, so there's always something delicious to soak up the good stuff.
Award-Winning Beer
Thirty-plus medals and counting — but the recognition we care about most is your second pint, and your fifth visit.

From a Garage to a Fort Collins Favorite
Copperline started where a lot of good things do — in a garage, with a homebrew kit, a couple of friends, and a stubborn determination to brew beer worth driving across town for. Ten years and a whole lot of medals later, that obsession hasn't faded one bit.
We brew everything on-site in small batches, chasing balance and character over hype and gimmicks. We pour it fresh in a taproom we built to feel like a neighborhood living room — wood, warm light, good music, and room to linger. Whether you're a hophead, a lager loyalist, or just here for the food truck and the company, you'll find a seat and a pour with your name on it.

Sixteen Reasons to Stay a While
Our taps rotate constantly, but you'll always find a deep, well-built lineup across every style. Here's the lay of the land.
Pull Up a Stool
Warm light, cold beer, good people. A peek at the room you'll soon call your local.

Grain to Glass, Done Right
No magic, just care, good ingredients, and a whole lot of attention at every step.
Mill & Mash
We mill quality grain and mash it warm to coax out the sugars — the foundation of flavor, body, and balance in every beer.
Boil & Hop
The wort boils as we add hops with intention — for bitterness, aroma, and that signature Copperline character.
Ferment & Condition
Yeast does its quiet magic over days or weeks, and we condition each batch patiently until it's exactly right.
Pour It Fresh
Straight from tank to tap, steps away from your stool. It doesn't get any fresher — or any better — than this.

More Than a Place to Drink
Copperline is built for gathering. Every night, a rotating lineup of the area's best food trucks parks out front, turning a pint into a proper meal. Curious how the magic happens? Our brewery tours take you behind the tanks for a hands-on look — and a few tastes straight from the source.
And when you've got something to celebrate, our taproom and private event space are ready. Birthdays, work parties, rehearsal dinners, club nights — we'll set you up with private taps, food-truck catering, and a team that handles the details so you can just enjoy the party. Reach out and let's pour something memorable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a reservation?
Nope — we're a walk-in taproom, so just come on by and grab a stool. The only time a reservation helps is for large groups, private events, or brewery tours, which you can book right here on the site. For a regular night of beers and a food truck, no planning required.
Is there food, or can I bring my own?
We host a rotating lineup of local food trucks out front every night we're open, so there's always something great to eat. You're also welcome to bring your own food in if you'd like — we just ask that drinks come from us. Check our calendar to see who's slinging tonight.
Are kids and dogs welcome?
Absolutely — both are part of the family here. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the taproom and on the patio, and we're a kid-friendly spot with non-alcoholic options too. We want Copperline to be a place the whole crew can enjoy together.
Can I buy beer to take home?
You bet. Fill a growler or grab a four-pack of crowlers of whatever's pouring, fresh off the line, plus cans and bottles of our packaged releases. It's the best way to bring a little Copperline home with you — though it rarely lasts long.
Do you offer brewery tours?
We do, and they're a blast. Our hands-on tours take you behind the tanks to see (and taste) how the beer comes together, led by people who genuinely love this stuff. Tours run on weekends and include tastings straight from the source — book ahead, as spots fill up.
Can I host a private event there?
Definitely. Our taproom and dedicated event space are perfect for birthdays, work parties, and celebrations of all sizes, with private taps and food-truck catering available. Reach out with your date and headcount and we'll help you plan something everyone will remember.
