Where We Park This Week
The truck runs the same five stops most weeks, so regulars know where to find us. When a stop changes for a private booking, we post the change here the night before.

What Goes Into a Smash Burger
A smash burger is a thin patty pressed hard so the edge goes crisp. Here is how we make ours.
Portioned that morning
Beef chuck is weighed into 3-ounce balls at the commissary before the truck rolls out.
Pressed on a hot griddle
Smashed flat with a heavy press in the first ten seconds, so the edges crisp and brown.
Cheese on the flip
A slice of American goes on the second the patty turns, so it melts into the crust.
Buns toasted in butter
Sesame buns go face-down on the griddle while the patties finish.

Call It In, Skip the Line
At the lunch stops the line peaks at noon. Call or text your order by 11:30 with a pickup time and it will be bagged and waiting at the side window with your name on it.
For office orders over ten burgers, send the list the day before and we will pack it by name.

What Regulars Say
We booked them for a 60-person backyard birthday. The line never got longer than six people and every burger came out with that lacy crust on the edge. Guests are still asking who it was.
Our office lunch went from a sad sandwich tray to a line out the parking lot. They texted the night before to confirm the spot and showed up twenty minutes early.
Thursday nights at the brewery lot are now a habit. Double, loaded fries, done. The garlic sauce is the reason we stay for a second round.
Saturday Evenings Book Up First
Send your date and headcount and we will tell you the same day if the truck is free.
Booking Questions
How many people can the truck feed?
About 120 burgers an hour from one griddle. For more than 150 guests we plan a longer service or a smaller menu.
Is there a minimum for private bookings?
Private bookings start at 40 guests. Smaller groups can meet us at a public stop.
Do you have vegetarian options?
The Garden Smash is a vegetable patty, and the fries are vegetarian. Tell us about allergies and we will tell you what is in each item; the griddle is shared.
What does the truck need on site?
A level spot about 30 feet long, clear overhead, within reach of the guests. We bring our own power and water.
How far do you travel?
Anywhere in Sacramento and nearby towns like Davis, Elk Grove, Roseville and Folsom.
Can guests pay for their own food?
Yes. Many offices and breweries book us that way, and guests pay at the window by card.
Send Us Your Date
We reply the same day with whether the truck is free and a quote.
