Wedding Food Truck in Temecula, CA
We park the truck at your venue, set a serving table and feed your guests from the window, from cocktail hour to the last dance.
(951) 555-0128What We Cater
Most of our calendar is weddings. The rest is the gatherings around them, and the companies and families who saw us at one.

A Serving Table, Not Just a Window
For a seated dinner we set a long table beside the truck and send the food out on platters, so the line moves at the speed of a buffet and the truck keeps cooking.
For cocktail hour we pass sliders and tacos on trays, then open the window for dinner.
- ✓Platters for family-style tables
- ✓Passed bites at cocktail hour
- ✓A late-night window after ten
What the Taco Bar Looks Like

How a Wedding Night Runs
A typical 150-guest wedding with dinner at six. Your coordinator gets this plan, with real times, two weeks out.
3:30 pm · We arrive
The truck parks where the venue agreed. We level it, set the serving table and start the grill.
5:00 pm · Cocktail hour
Passed sliders and tacos on trays while photos happen.
6:00 pm · Dinner
Platters go to the family-style tables, and the window opens for seconds.
10:00 pm · Late-night window
If you added it, the window reopens for tacos when the dancing starts.
11:00 pm · We pack up
Trash bagged, the table cleared and the truck gone before the venue locks up.
What Comes With the Truck
A serving crew
Two cooks on the truck and a server on the table, more for larger guest lists.
Plates, cutlery and napkins
Compostable, or your venue's china on family-style tables.
Our own power
A quiet generator when the venue has no outlet near the truck.
Clean-up
We bag the trash and clear the table before we leave.
From the People Who Booked Us
Two hundred guests at a vineyard in De Portola and nobody waited more than a few minutes. They reopened the window for late-night tacos at ten and the dance floor emptied straight into the line.
We did the rehearsal dinner on a ranch in Fallbrook. They set up the long table with plates and herbs before anyone arrived, then fed forty people in about half an hour.
Our company picnic used to be boxed lunches. This year it was a taco bar and a slider bar, and people actually stayed.

Planning Questions
How far ahead should we book?
Spring and fall Saturdays fill a year out. Weekdays and winter dates are often free with a few weeks' notice.
Is there a guest minimum?
75 guests for weddings and 30 for rehearsal dinners. Below that, ask us about a weekday date.
Can you cook for dietary needs?
Both menus have vegetarian dishes. Send allergies with your final headcount and we list the ingredients in each dish for you. Everything is cooked in one small kitchen.
Do you serve alcohol?
No. The venue or your bartender handles the bar. We can set out agua fresca and lemonade.
What do you need from the venue?
Flat, firm ground roughly thirty feet long, close to the guests. We bring a quiet generator if the venue has no power for us.
Do you bring plates and napkins?
Yes. Compostable plates, cutlery and napkins are included. Venue china can be used for family-style tables.
