Jersey City Parkour Gym
Vaults, wall runs, rope climbs and obstacle courses, taught step by step indoors, so you can move with confidence anywhere.
Pick Your Line
Every class starts with a warm-up and ends with a challenge. Beginners welcome in all of them.

Train Inside, Move Anywhere
Ledgeline is a 7,000-square-foot warehouse in Downtown Jersey City filled with plywood walls, scaffold bars, vault boxes and a ninja rig. It's built so you can learn the moves you see on brick walls around the city over soft landings, with coaches who teach the progressions first. When you're ready, our Saturday outdoor sessions take the same skills to parks and plazas nearby.
- ✓Indoor walls, bars and vault boxes
- ✓Progressions before big moves

The Ninja Room
Our ninja rig runs the length of the back wall: rings, cargo net, rope climbs, a salmon ladder and a 14-foot warped wall. Kids Ninja keeps it low and playful. Ninja Obstacle Training is for teens and adults who want to race the clock.

Parkour & Ninja FAQ
Is parkour safe?
Classes start with rolls, landings and small drills, and every bigger move is built up in steps over mats. Coaches are background-checked and trained in safe progressions and first aid. Ask us about each coach's certifications.
Am I too old or out of shape to start?
No. Adult Parkour starts at the beginning, and most of our adult members started with no experience. You'll work at your own level in every class.
What's the youngest age you teach?
Kids Ninja starts at 7. Teen Parkour is 12 to 15, and adult classes are 16 and up.
Do you train outside?
Saturday's adult class takes the skills to parks and plazas nearby, weather permitting. Everything else is indoors.
What should I wear?
Flat, flexible sneakers and clothes you can move in. No jeans or jewelry.
How much do classes cost?
Your first class is free. After that, drop-ins, class packs and monthly memberships are available. Ask the front desk for current prices.
