Competitive Gymnastics Team in Frisco, TX
Serious training, honest move-up decisions and a season plan your family can see in advance. Every athlete starts with a free evaluation.

Built For Long Careers, Not One Good Season
Cresswell has run a girls' competitive team in Frisco since 2005. We train for the long game: strong basics, careful progressions and a body that still feels good at 17. Athletes move up when their skills and confidence are ready, and we tell families why in a sit-down meeting every spring, not in a group text.
- ✓Move-up meetings with every family
- ✓Strength and flexibility at every practice
- ✓Coaches who stay with a group for years

Inside Practice

Medals Are Nice. Progress Is The Point.
Our competitive groups compete from December through April, with most meets within a few hours' drive of Frisco and one or two travel meets for the optional team. We celebrate every first-place finish, but we judge the season by what each athlete learned and whether she wants to come back next year.
- ✓Meet calendar shared before the season
- ✓Mostly local and regional meets
- ✓Team leotard and warm-ups ordered once
What Parents Say
Our daughter moved up through four levels here, and every move-up conversation was honest, even the year she wasn't ready. She's still in love with the sport at 15, and that's what I'm most grateful for.
The meet calendar, the costs and the practice hours were all on paper before we signed up. No surprises halfway through the season.
She plays soccer too, so Alternative Team was the answer. Real competition, fewer hours, and coaches who never made her choose.
Team Gymnastics FAQ
Does my child need team experience to try out?
No. Most of our athletes came from recreational classes. The evaluation shows us where to start.
When can we book an evaluation?
Any weekday afternoon year-round. Most athletes join in late spring or summer, before the new season.
What if my child isn't ready for team?
We'll tell you honestly and suggest the classes or pre-team group that will get her there.
How many meets are there?
Usually five to seven between December and April, depending on the group. The calendar is shared before the season starts.
Are your coaches certified?
Every coach is background-checked and trained in safety and first aid before working with a team. Ask us about each coach's certifications and competition experience.
Do you have boys' teams?
Our team program is girls only right now. Boys are welcome in private lessons with a team coach.
What does team cost?
Monthly tuition depends on the group's hours. Meet fees, the team leotard and travel are extra. You'll get the full estimate in writing at the placement talk.
Are there fundraising or volunteer hours?
Families help at our home meet each year. There's no required fundraising.
