Find Space to Breathe — Yoga in Boulder, CO
Willowmere is Boulder's neighborhood yoga studio on Pearl Street — an unhurried, all-levels space for vinyasa, restorative, hot, and yin. However your body arrives today, there's a mat here for you. New students, your intro offer is waiting.

A Class for However You Feel Today
Forty-plus classes a week, from sweaty and strong to slow and restorative. Every one all-levels, every one taught by a teacher who'll meet you where you are.
🧘 All Levels Welcome ✓ 40+ Classes a Week 🌿 Mats & Props Provided

A Studio That Feels Like a Deep Breath
Willowmere started in 2015 with a simple idea: that a yoga studio should feel less like a fitness class and more like a place you exhale the moment you walk in. Eleven years later, that's still the whole point. Our sunlit room on Pearl Street was built for calm — warm wood floors, soft light, and space to spread out — and our teaching was built for real people, not the impossibly bendy version of yoga you see online.
What sets us apart is the teaching and the welcome. Every class is led by a Yoga Alliance-registered teacher who genuinely knows anatomy, sequencing, and how to make a room feel safe — and who'll quietly offer you an easier or deeper option so the same class works for a first-timer and a fifteen-year practitioner side by side. We're an all-levels studio in the truest sense: come stiff, come strong, come pregnant, come recovering, come curious. Mats and props are here, the intro offer makes starting easy, and there is genuinely zero pressure to be anything other than where you are. Boulder has trusted us with more than two thousand practices; we'd be honored to hold yours.

The Care in Every Class
The small things that make a studio feel like home — and keep two thousand Boulder practitioners coming back.
Registered, Skilled Teachers
Every teacher is Yoga Alliance-certified with real training in anatomy and sequencing — intelligent, precise instruction with none of the ego.
Genuinely All-Levels
Options offered in every class, quietly and without fuss, so a complete beginner and a seasoned practitioner both leave having practiced at their edge.
Small, Personal Classes
Capped class sizes mean the teacher learns your name, sees your practice, and can actually help — not a packed room where you're just a mat.
A Calm, Beautiful Space
A sunlit, wood-floored studio designed to lower your shoulders the moment you arrive. Mats, props, tea, and a quiet place to just be.
Every Body, Every Season
Beginners, prenatal, recovering, stiff, strong — we hold space for all of it. There is no fitness or flexibility prerequisite to belong here.
A Schedule That Fits Life
Forty-plus classes a week from dawn to evening, seven days, so your practice bends around your life instead of the other way around.
What Walking In Feels Like
New studios can feel intimidating. Here's exactly how your first Willowmere class goes.
You're Greeted by Name
Arrive ten minutes early and a real person welcomes you, shows you where everything is, and sets you up with a mat and props. No confusion, no wandering in alone.
The Teacher Knows You're New
Let us know it's your first time and the teacher keeps a gentle eye on you — offering easier options and quiet adjustments so you're never lost or straining to keep up.
You Practice at Your Pace
Rest whenever you need, take the version that feels right, and simply breathe. The only goal is that you leave calmer and steadier than you arrived.
You Leave Wanting to Come Back
That post-class calm is the whole point. Most first-timers book their next class before they've left the building — and the intro offer makes it easy.
A Room Built for Calm
Warm light, wood floors, and everything you need already here — our home on Pearl Street.

Boulder Practices at Willowmere
I'd tried yoga apps and big-box gym classes for years and never stuck with it. Willowmere is the first place that felt like it was actually for me. The teachers learn your name, notice when you're new, and offer a quieter option without ever making it a thing. Two years in, my practice is the steadiest part of my week — and my back pain is genuinely gone. This little studio on Pearl changed my relationship with my own body.
As someone who's practiced for fifteen years, I'm picky about studios, and Willowmere is the real thing. The teaching is intelligent and precise — proper sequencing, thoughtful cueing, real knowledge of anatomy — without a shred of ego or spiritual performance. I can take a challenging vinyasa or a deeply quiet yin and trust I'm in expert hands either way. It's rare to find a studio this skilled that's also this warm.
The prenatal classes carried me through both pregnancies. The teachers modified everything beautifully, kept me strong and calm, and built a little community of parents I still lean on today. Coming back for postnatal classes with my newborn in the room felt like coming home. Willowmere holds space for every season of life, and I've never felt anything but welcome — bump, baby, and all.

You're Exactly Who This Is For
Here's the secret every regular at Willowmere once needed to hear: you do not have to be flexible, calm, coordinated, or experienced to start yoga. Those are things a practice gives you, not things you need to bring. The stiffest, most skeptical beginner is genuinely our favorite student to teach — because the change over a few short weeks is remarkable, and it's a joy to be part of.
Our Beginners' Foundations classes are built for exactly this: a warm, jargon-free introduction to the poses, the breath, and the props, at a pace that never leaves you behind. And because every class at Willowmere is all-levels, you'll never be trapped in a room moving too fast — there's always a gentler option, quietly offered, no questions asked. The new-student intro offer gives you unlimited classes to explore without commitment, so you can find the teachers and styles that feel like yours. Worst case, you get a few weeks of calm and a little more ease in your body. Best case, you find a practice that steadies the rest of your life. Come exactly as you are.

Questions New Students Ask
I've never done yoga and I'm not flexible. Can I still come?
Absolutely — that describes most of our students on day one. Flexibility is something yoga builds, not something you need to begin, and our Beginners' Foundations classes are made for total newcomers. Every class is all-levels with gentler options offered throughout, so you'll never be stuck moving faster than feels right. Come exactly as you are; we'll take good care of you.
What should I bring and wear?
Just comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in, and a water bottle — especially for hot classes. We provide mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets, so there's nothing to buy before your first visit. Arrive about ten minutes early, let us know you're new, and we'll get you set up with everything you need.
How does the intro offer work?
New students get an unlimited intro pass for their first couple of weeks — take as many classes as you like, try every style and teacher, and find what fits. It's the easiest, lowest-pressure way to start, and there's no obligation to continue afterward. Just fill out the form on this page and we'll get you set up to begin.
Which class should I start with?
If you're brand new, Beginners' Foundations or Slow Flow & Restorative are the gentlest ways in. If you want a little more movement, a Vinyasa Flow is our all-levels staple. Curious about the heat? Hot Yoga is welcoming to beginners too — just hydrate. Not sure? Message us your goals and we'll point you to the perfect first class.
Do you offer prenatal or beginner-specific classes?
Yes to both. Our Prenatal Yoga classes support every trimester with safe, modified movement and a lovely community of expecting parents, and our Beginners' Foundations series builds your practice from the ground up. We hold space for every body and every season of life — pregnancy, recovery, first-timer, or lifelong practitioner.
Is there a membership or long-term contract?
No contracts. After your intro offer we keep it flexible with monthly memberships and class packs — practice as often or as little as you like, no year-long commitment or fine print. We'd rather earn your visit each week with teaching you love than lock you in. We'll walk you through the options whenever you're ready.
