Home & Domiciliary Care in Leeds
Carers who come to you — from a 30-minute morning call to a carer who lives in — so the people you love can stay safely in the home they know.
Care At Home, Your Way
Short visits, longer calls or a carer who lives in. Every package starts with a free home visit and a written care plan.

A Leeds Company, Run By Carers
We started in 2010, when two senior carers grew tired of rushed fifteen-minute calls and rotas that sent a stranger every day. So we do it differently: small local rounds so the same few carers visit you, visits that are never shorter than half an hour, and carers paid for their travel time so nobody is watching the clock in your kitchen.
- ✓The same small team of carers
- ✓Visits never shorter than 30 minutes
- ✓Carers paid for their travel time
- ✓A care manager you can ring 7 days a week

Visiting, Overnight Or Live-In
Visiting care
Best when help is needed at set times — mornings, mealtimes, bedtime. You pay only for the visits you need.
Overnight care
A carer awake or sleeping in through the night — for a falls risk, or a partner who needs their sleep.
Live-in care
A carer living in for round-the-clock reassurance, so moving into a care home isn't the only option.
From Your First Call To Your First Visit
Ring Or Send A Message
Tell us a little about your loved one and we'll arrange a time to call round.
A Free Home Visit
A care manager visits, meets the family and talks through what would make each day easier and safer.
Your Written Care Plan
Visit times, tasks and preferences, agreed with you — and with your social worker if the council is funding your care.
Meet Your Carers
We introduce your regular carers and review the plan with you at least every six months, or sooner if needs change.
How Families Pay For Home Care
Paying privately
Hourly rates agreed in writing and invoiced monthly. No joining fee and no minimum contract.
Council funding & Direct Payments
After a needs and financial assessment, the council may pay for some or all of your care — and with Direct Payments you can choose us.
NHS Continuing Healthcare
If your needs are mainly health needs, the NHS may fund your care in full. Ask your GP or social worker about an assessment.
Attendance Allowance
A benefit for people over State Pension age who need help with personal care. It isn't means-tested, and many families put it towards care.
Stay At Home Instead Of Moving Into A Care Home
A carer living in can make that possible. Talk it through with our live-in team — there's no obligation.

Across North Leeds
Our carers live close to the people they visit, so rounds stay small and visits arrive on time — whatever the weather on the ring road.

Home Care Questions Families Ask
Are you regulated?
Yes. We're registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England, and our latest inspection rated us Good. You can read the full report on the CQC website.
How much does home care cost?
Visits are charged by the hour, from £32 an hour for visits of 30 minutes or longer. Overnight and live-in care are quoted weekly. You'll have your rates in writing after the free home visit.
Can the council pay for my care?
Possibly. Leeds City Council's adult social care team carries out a free needs assessment and, if you're eligible, a financial assessment to work out what it will pay. If it funds your care, you can ask for Direct Payments and use them with us.
How quickly can care start?
Often within a few days of the home visit, and sooner when someone is coming home from hospital — tell us when you ring.
Will I see the same carers?
Yes. We keep rounds small so you have a regular team of two or three carers, and we'll always let you know if someone new is coming.
Can you help with medication?
Yes — from reminders to giving medication, exactly as set out in your care plan and recorded at every visit. All our carers are trained in safe medication support.
