Do we need to renovate, or can you just design what we have?
Either — we shape the engagement to your home and goals. Some projects are full renovations where we rework layouts, kitchens, and baths; others are pure design and furnishing of the space as it is. Many are somewhere in between. We'll tell you honestly in the consultation what will and won't move the needle for your home and budget.
What does full-service interior design include?
Everything from the first space plan to the final cushion: layout and flow, materials and finishes, furniture and lighting selection, custom millwork, procurement and order management, trade coordination, and final styling. You get one team holding the whole vision, and a process we manage end to end so it stays calm and on track.
How is your pricing structured?
After an initial consultation we provide a clear proposal with a flat design fee based on scope, plus transparent tracking of all furnishing and construction costs in your budget. For smaller needs we also offer hourly consultation. We talk numbers openly from the first conversation — no vague percentages, no surprises.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A furnishing-and-styling project might be a couple of months; a full renovation with custom millwork can run six months to a year. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated at every stage, so you always know where things stand and what's next.
Can you work with our budget?
We work across a range of budgets and are honest from the start about what's realistic for your goals. Good design isn't about spending the most — it's about spending with intention. We'll help you invest where it matters most and save where it doesn't, so your budget goes as far as your vision does.
Do you only work in Los Angeles?
LA and the surrounding areas are our home base — Silver Lake to Venice to Pasadena — but we take on select projects beyond the city for the right fit. If you love our work and you're a bit further out, reach out; there's a good chance we can make it work.
