Is it worth fixing my old laptop?
Usually yes if it's under about four years old and the repair costs less than half a new one. If it isn't worth it, we'll say so and help you move your files to a new computer.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done the same day. Screens and parts we have to order take two to four business days, and we'll tell you up front.
Will I lose my files?
Almost never. We back up anything at risk before we start, and we only open what we need to fix the problem.
Do you fix Macs?
