Before You Call
Do you really come to my home?
Yes. Most of our help happens at your kitchen table. We visit homes across Lee County, including Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs and Sanibel, with no trip fee.
How much does in-home computer help cost?
A home visit is $95 for the first hour, then $45 per half hour. Phone or video help is $45 for up to 30 minutes. You'll know the price before we arrive.
Is it worth fixing my old computer?
Sometimes a tune-up makes an older computer feel new again. If it isn't worth fixing, we'll say so, help you choose a new one and move your photos and files across.
What if I forget what you showed me?
That's what the written notes are for. And if you're on the Peace-Of-Mind Plan, you can call as often as you like.
Can my family join the visit?
Of course. Family can join by phone or video, and we're happy to email them a short summary of what we did, with your OK.
How do I know your helper is who they say?
Every helper is background-checked, wears a name badge and calls before arriving. You're always welcome to call our office to confirm.
