Does eco-friendly junk removal cost more?
No. We charge a flat, up-front price based on how much room your items take in our truck — the same as a standard junk hauler. Donating and recycling is just how we operate; it doesn't add to your bill.
What actually gets donated vs. recycled?
Working furniture, appliances, clothing, and housewares are donated to our local charity partners. Metals, electronics, mattresses, and construction materials are routed to certified recyclers. Only what genuinely can't be reused or recycled is disposed of — about 8% on average.
Can I get a donation receipt?
Yes. For items that go to our charity partners, we can provide a donation receipt on request — handy for your records or taxes.
Do you take electronics and mattresses?
Absolutely. Old TVs, computers, and electronics are recycled through certified e-waste channels, and mattresses are broken down and recycled into new materials instead of landfilled.
How soon can you come?
Most Austin pickups are scheduled within a day or two, and we can often fit in same-day or next-day jobs. Send a photo for a fast quote and we'll find you a window.
What can't you take?
We can't handle hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, or anything flammable. If you're unsure about an item, just ask and we'll tell you or point you to the right drop-off.
