We charge a flat rate based on how much room your stuff takes up in our truck, quoted up front from a photo. A partial garage is inexpensive; a packed two-car garage or full basement is priced by volume — always with a clear number before we start and no surprise fees.
How fast can you come?
Most Minneapolis cleanouts are scheduled for the next day, and we run seven days a week. Book in the morning and there's a good chance we can clear it the same day.
Do I need to move anything first?
Not a thing. Our crew does all the lifting and carrying — from the back of the garage, down the basement stairs, out of the attic. You just point at what stays and what goes.
What happens to everything you haul?
We donate working furniture, appliances, and household goods to local Twin Cities charities, recycle metals and electronics, and only landfill what truly can't be reused. About 84% gets diverted.
Can you do storage units and whole-home cleanouts?
