Commercial Laundry in Omaha, NE
Scheduled collections six days a week, counted dockets on every return, and an eighteen-hour turnaround that held 99.4% of the time last year. If your linen runs short, your business stops — so we run ours around that.
Programs We Run
Every account is priced per piece or per pound against an agreed schedule. No minimum term and no cancellation fee — if we stop being worth it, you should be able to leave.
Hotel & Short-Let LinenPer piece
Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath and pool towels. Collected and returned against your changeover window, counted both ways, with a standing par-level top-up so you never open a cupboard to nothing.
Restaurant Table Linen & ApronsPer piece
Tablecloths, napkins, aprons, chef whites and kitchen cloths. Stain-graded on return so heavily marked linen is pulled rather than sent back to your floor.
Salon, Spa & Gym TowelsPer lb
High-volume towel programs on a two or three collection weekly schedule. Color-safe for salons, and a separate wash stream for anything that has met bleach or tint.
Healthcare & Clinic LaundryQuoted
Gowns, drapes, scrubs and clinic towels on a documented thermal disinfection cycle, with temperature logs supplied monthly as standard rather than on request.
Uniform & Workwear ProgramsPer garment
Staff uniforms and industrial workwear, barcoded per garment so the right items go back to the right person. Repairs and button replacement included.
All programs include collection, delivery, counted dockets and a named account manager. Linen rental is available on hotel and restaurant accounts if you would rather not own stock.

A Plant Built Around Somebody Else's Deadline
Verrimont is not a laundromat with a van. It is a 14,000 square foot plant with tunnel washers, ironers and a sorting floor, built for one purpose: getting linen back before the business that sent it needs it. Everything here is organized around other people's timetables — hotel changeover at eleven, restaurant service at five, clinic opening at eight. We hold our own par stock so a short delivery can be covered from our shelves rather than from your evening, and every account has a named manager whose phone you can ring instead of a queue.
- ✓Counted in and counted out, on every single docket
- ✓Our own par stock held to cover your short weeks
- ✓A named account manager, not a support queue
- ✓No minimum term and no cancellation fee, ever
From First Call To First Collection
Site Visit
We come to you, look at the linen you actually hold, and count it. Quotes given without a site visit are guesses.
Schedule & Par Levels
We agree collection days against your changeover window and set the par level that keeps you covered.
Trial Fortnight
Two weeks at the quoted rate with no commitment. Most problems in this trade show up inside a fortnight.
Running Account
Collections on schedule, counted dockets each time, one invoice at month end with the counts attached.
Three Failures, And What We Do About Each
Linen Goes Missing And Nobody Owns It
The usual arrangement is that counts are disputed and the customer absorbs the loss. Ours are counted by hand both ways and signed; if the numbers disagree it is our problem to investigate, and we replace what we cannot account for.
The Delivery Is Late On The Day It Matters
Late on a Tuesday is an inconvenience; late on a changeover morning is a business failure. We hold buffer stock precisely so a problem in our plant does not become an empty linen cupboard in yours.
Nobody Can Tell You How It Was Washed
Healthcare and food businesses get audited on this and are routinely let down by suppliers who cannot produce a log. Ours are recorded per cycle and handed over monthly whether you ask or not.

Built Around The Changeover Window
Hotel work is the hardest thing this plant does and the reason most of it exists. Rooms empty at eleven and fill at three, and everything between those two numbers is our problem rather than yours. Collections run early, returns are scheduled against your window rather than our route, and we hold par stock against your contract so a heavy weekend does not leave housekeeping short on Monday. Short-let operators get the same arrangement at a smaller scale — several of our accounts are four or five apartments rather than ninety rooms.
- ✓Returns timed to your changeover, not to our route
- ✓Par stock held against your contract, not shared out
- ✓Pool and spa towels on a separate wash stream
- ✓Short-let operators welcome from four units up
Two Weeks, No Commitment

Before You Switch Supplier
Is there a minimum contract term?
No, and there is no cancellation fee. Accounts run month to month after the trial fortnight. We would rather keep customers because the service holds up than because leaving is expensive — and in twenty-three years that has cost us far less than the reputation would have.
How is it priced?
Linen per piece, towels per pound, uniforms per garment, and we quote whichever is cheaper for your mix after a site visit. Collection, delivery, counted dockets and your account manager are all included rather than added as line items.
How small can an account be?
Four short-let apartments or a single-site restaurant is comfortably viable. Below that a per-pound drop-off is usually better value for you, and we will say so rather than sell you a program you do not need.
What happens when linen goes missing?
Counts are taken by hand and signed at both ends, so a discrepancy is visible the same day rather than at a quarterly reconciliation. Investigating it is our job, and anything we cannot account for we replace. You should never be asked to prove a count you already signed.
What if you are late?
We hold buffer par stock for exactly this, so a delay in the plant is covered from our shelves before it reaches you. If a delivery will genuinely miss your window, you get a phone call before it happens rather than an apology afterwards.
Can you supply wash temperature records?
Yes. Healthcare and clinic accounts get them monthly as standard, and any other account can have them on request. They are recorded per cycle, which is what an auditor actually wants to see rather than a policy document.
Do you handle healthcare laundry separately?
Yes — a separate wash stream on a documented thermal disinfection cycle, kept apart from hospitality linen from collection through to return. Scrubs, gowns, drapes and clinic towels all run that way.
