Two Vans And A Very Boring Promise
Wrenhollow started with one van and eleven houses on J Street. Seven years on it is two vans, six days a week, and the same promise it opened with: the bag goes out, the bag comes back in 24 hours, and the window we gave you is the window we arrive in. Nothing about that is clever. It just requires actually turning up, which is the part most delivery laundry gets wrong — which is why we cap how many collections we take a day rather than signing up everyone who asks and missing half of them.

The Week Where Nobody Does Laundry
Most of our weekly plans are households of three or more, and the maths is usually the same: four or five loads a week, two hours of sorting and folding, spread across evenings nobody wanted to spend that way. A 25 lb collection covers that comfortably. The bag goes out on the same morning every week, comes back the next evening folded, and the job simply stops existing. Children's clothes, sports kit and work shirts all come back in the same order, separated the way you asked the first time.

Before You Book
Do I have to be home?
No, and most customers are not. Tell us once where to collect from — porch, side gate, lobby desk, behind the bins — and the driver goes to the same place every week. We text a photo of the bag where we left it on return.
How accurate is the two hour window?
It is the number we run the business on. You get a text when the driver is twenty minutes out, and if we arrive outside the window we gave you, that collection is free. It is also why we cap how many bookings we take per day.
What if I need to skip a week?
Reply to the text we send the night before and we skip you. No charge and no effect on your plan. Plenty of customers pause for holidays and pick up where they left off.
How much laundry is 25 lb?
Roughly four to five normal home loads, which is a typical week for a household of three or four. If you go over on a plan collection we take it anyway and charge the extra by the pound rather than refusing the bag.
Why is bedding priced separately?
Because a comforter weighs very little and fills an entire machine. Charging it by weight would be cheap for you and impossible for us, so it is a flat per-item price from $30 and it never eats into your weekly allowance.
Is my laundry washed with anyone else's?
No. Every bag runs on its own machine from wash through dry. It is the slowest way to do it and the only way to promise that what comes back is exactly what went out.
Can you handle dry cleaning too?
Yes, as a handling service. We leave you a separate bag, take anything in it to our cleaner on your collection day, and return it on hangers with your folded wash. It is priced per garment at the cleaner's rate plus our handling fee.
