Certified ADHD Coach in Portland, OR
Coaching for the brain you actually have. Build routines that stick, start the thing you've been avoiding, and stop starting over every Monday.

Pick What Fits Your Brain
Every coaching plan starts with a free 20-minute call.

Diagnosed at 34. Coaching Since 2019.
I spent my twenties convinced I was lazy. I wasn't — I had undiagnosed ADHD and a drawer full of abandoned planners. Getting diagnosed explained a lot. Learning to work with my brain instead of against it changed everything else.
Now I coach adults who are smart, capable and exhausted from trying to run on systems designed for someone else. We skip the shame and build something that fits how you actually work.

Finally, Something That Stuck
I've bought every planner ever made. Jonah was the first person who asked what actually happens when I sit down to work — and then built a system around my answer instead of his. I've kept the same routine for eight months, which is a personal record.
The text check-ins sound small. They're not. Knowing someone would ask on Wednesday whether I'd started the report got me to start the report. My manager noticed within a month.
Body doubling at 9 a.m. is now how my week starts. Forty people on mute, all quietly doing the thing they've been avoiding. It is weirdly the most productive hour I have.
Three Things We Never Do
No Shame
Missed a week? Forgot the plan? We start from where you are, every time.
No Rigid Systems
If a tool doesn't fit your brain, we drop it and try another. You're not the problem.
No Diagnosing
Coaching isn't medical care. We work alongside your doctor or therapist, never instead of them.
Questions About ADHD Coaching
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. Many clients are diagnosed, some are waiting on an evaluation, and some simply recognize themselves in the symptoms. Coaching focuses on what helps, not the label.
Is coaching a replacement for medication or therapy?
No. Coaching is practical support for daily life. I don't diagnose or treat ADHD, and I'm happy to work alongside your doctor or therapist.
What happens in a session?
We look at the past week, pick what's getting in the way, and design one small experiment to try before next time.
What if I forget or miss a session?
It happens. You'll get a text reminder the day before, and you can reschedule any session with no fee.
Do you only coach people in Portland?
No — most clients meet by video from across the US. Portland clients can meet in person on SE Division.
What is body doubling?
Working on your own task alongside other people. Having company makes starting and staying on task easier for many people with ADHD.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Cameras are optional and everyone's muted during work blocks.
