Every one starts with a free 20-minute chat.

Fun Is Not a Reward for Finishing Everything Else
Most clients arrive with the same confession: they can't remember the last time they did something just because it was fun. Their calendars are full, their friends are busy, and joy has quietly become the thing they'll get to later.
Poppyfield exists to move it up the list. Tamsin Ruiz — a former event planner who knows how to make things happen — coaches grown-ups to rediscover fun, friendship and the things that make them feel like themselves. Sessions are warm, a little silly sometimes, and always end with something you'll actually do this week.
- ✓Sessions end with a real plan
- ✓Weekday evenings and Saturdays
- ✓Blackstone studio, or by video

Fun, Found Again
I told Tamsin I didn't have a single hobby left. She asked what I loved at ten years old. Six weeks later I'm in a Tuesday pottery class and I've never looked forward to a weeknight more.
After moving to Omaha for work I had zero friends. The friendship coaching gave me an actual plan — and the nerve to invite people over. My book club turns one next month.
The Joy Audit sounds fluffy. It isn't. We found three hours a week I was wasting on things I didn't even like, and I spend them outside now.

Good Questions
Is this 'real' coaching or just fun?
Both. The goals are serious — friendship, time, energy, joy — and the methods are proven coaching tools. It just doesn't have to feel heavy.
What if I'm feeling low, not just busy?
If you're struggling with your mood, a licensed therapist is the right first step. Tamsin will gladly help you find one.
Do you work with couples or friends together?
Yes — the Joy Audit and friendship coaching work well for two people booking together.
What's the Birthday Year Plan?
Twelve monthly sessions starting on your birthday, each with one goal or adventure for the month ahead.
Do you have Saturday times?
Yes, Saturday mornings from 9 to noon, plus weekday evenings until 7.
