About Sasha Pendry

Confidence Is a Skill. Skills Can Be Learned.

Sasha spent a decade in hospitality management, training shy new hires into the calm, capable people guests remembered. She noticed the same thing every time: nobody was born confident — they practiced it, in small steps, with someone who believed they could.

Now she coaches professionals, creatives and people starting over. The work is practical: find where confidence drops, practice the moments that scare you, and build evidence that you can.

  • ✓Ten years training teams in hospitality
  • ✓Coaching since 2019, ICF-accredited training
  • ✓Studio on 12 South, plus video sessions
What We Build

Four Muscles of Confidence

1

Self-Trust

3

A Kinder Inner Voice

Replacing the harsh commentary with something honest and useful.

4

For years I rehearsed every sentence before a meeting and then said nothing. Three months with Sasha and I'm the one opening the conversation. My director asked what changed — I told her I finally stopped waiting to feel ready.

After a layoff I felt like I'd forgotten who I was. The Intensive Day was exactly the reset I needed: a clear plan, a list of things I'm genuinely good at, and the nerve to start applying again.

I moved to Nashville knowing nobody and hid for a year. The Confidence Circle gave me practice, accountability and — unexpectedly — four new friends.

Questions

Before We Begin

Is confidence coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is practical and forward-looking. If you're dealing with anxiety, depression or trauma, a licensed therapist is the right first step — I'm glad to work alongside one.

Can I really become more confident at my age?

Confidence is a set of habits, and habits can be built at any age. My clients range from their twenties to their seventies.

Do I have to meet in person?

No. Video sessions work well; the 12 South studio is there if you'd like to meet face to face.

What if I'm too nervous for the group?

Most people are, at first. Circles are small, kind and structured, and you choose how much to share.

How soon will I notice a difference?

Many clients notice small shifts in the first few weeks. Bigger changes come from steady practice, and we'll track them together.

Are sessions private?

Yes. What you share stays between us, except in the rare situations the law requires otherwise — I'll explain these on our first call.

The Bravest Step Is Usually the First Email

Send a note, book a thirty-minute discovery call, and we'll see where to start.

What Clients Notice First

The Small Changes That Add Up

Speaking First

Opening the meeting instead of waiting for a gap.

Clean Boundaries

Saying no without a paragraph of apology.

Easier Rooms

Walking into a party and staying past the first hour.

Let's Begin
