Holistic Life Coach in Santa Fe, NM
Grounded, whole-person coaching for people who are doing well on paper and feel stretched thin inside — in a sunlit studio, on the foothill trails, or online.

Whole-Person Coaching, Rooted in the High Desert
The first coaching walk Lucia ever led was on a cold January morning in the foothills above town, with a client who couldn't sit still in an office long enough to think. Halfway up the trail, the real conversation started. It still happens that way more often than not.
Before coaching, Lucia worked as a hospital social worker and then taught meditation for a decade. Her coaching brings the practical and the reflective together — calendars and values, habits and breath — in the Cerrillos Road studio, on the trail, or by video.
- Hospitalsocial worker, ten years
- Meditationteacher since 2011

A Steadier Rhythm
I came to Lucia with a calendar full of good things and no room to breathe. We walked the foothill trails every other week and slowly rebuilt my days around what actually matters. I feel steadier, I say no more easily, and I finally started painting again.
The Seasonal Reset Day was the first time in years I stopped long enough to hear myself think. Lucia's mix of practical planning and quiet reflection is rare.
I was skeptical of anything called holistic. Lucia is grounded, practical and never woo. She helped me change my mornings, my work hours and, honestly, my whole outlook.

Things People Wonder
What does holistic coaching mean here?
It means looking at your whole life — not just your job or one goal — and at how your thinking, body, habits and surroundings affect each other.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. Lucia is a coach, not a practicing clinician, and coaching doesn't diagnose or treat health conditions. If you need medical or mental health care, she'll help you find the right professional and can work alongside them.
Do I need to meditate or do yoga?
Not at all. Mindfulness tools are offered, never required.
How strenuous are the walks?
Gentle. Routes are chosen for conversation, not a workout, and we can stop whenever you like. The trails sit around 7,000 feet, so bring water.
What happens if the weather turns?
We move the session into the studio or reschedule, with no fee.
Do many clients live elsewhere?
Yes — most ongoing clients meet by video, and many plan a visit around a Seasonal Reset Day.
