Less, but Better
Most of the people who find me aren't in crisis. They're busy, capable and slightly exhausted by a life they built on purpose. My work is helping them notice what actually matters, and gently put down the rest.
The method is simple and a little old-fashioned: a pencil, a list of everything you're carrying, and an hour to decide what stays. I coach from a small, quiet studio in the Crossroads, and online.

Three Questions We Keep Asking
What Can Go?
Commitments, habits and expectations you no longer need.
What Matters?
The few things you'd protect if you had to choose.
What's Missing?
Rest, joy or people you've quietly lost time for.
Ways to Work Together
Deliberately few.
When Full Stops Feeling Good
Your calendar decides your week
You haven't chosen how to spend a Saturday in months.
Yes comes out before you think
And then you spend the evening resenting it.
Rest feels like falling behind
Even a quiet hour comes with a to-do list attached.
Empty, Choose, Protect
Empty the Shelf
List every commitment you carry — all of them, on paper.
Choose Deliberately
Keep what matters, return or end the rest, kindly.
Protect the Space
Simple rules for what gets to come back in.
What Changed
My life wasn't bad. It was just full — of obligations I'd said yes to years ago. Esther helped me let go of half of them without guilt. I have evenings again.
The Values Reset was four quiet sessions that changed how I make every decision. I still keep the one-page list on my fridge.
I used to start every day already behind. Slow Start Mornings sounds small, but it's changed the whole shape of my week.

A Quiet Room in the Crossroads
The studio is small on purpose: two chairs, a window, a pot of tea. No screens, no clutter, nothing competing for your attention. Clients often tell me the room itself is the first thing that helps.

Quiet Questions
Is this minimalism coaching?
Partly. It's less about owning fewer things and more about carrying fewer obligations — though decluttering sometimes follows.
What if I can't drop anything?
Almost everyone thinks that at first. We start with the smallest, easiest thing to let go of.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is practical and forward-looking. If something deeper comes up, I'll suggest a licensed therapist and help you find one.
Why so few services?
Because it would be odd to coach simplicity with a long menu.
