Most start with one focus and discover a second along the way.

Good Questions, Asked at the Right Time
Coaching with Nadia is a series of well-timed questions and small, honest experiments. She won't tell you what to do with your life — she'll help you notice what you already know, test it in the real world, and act before the moment passes.
She came to coaching from ten years in user research at Seattle tech companies, where her job was asking people careful questions and listening to what they didn't say. It turns out that's most of coaching, too.

What Clients Say
I'd been circling the same decision — stay in Seattle or move home to be near my parents — for almost two years. Three decision-coaching sessions and I finally had a choice I could stand behind. No regrets.
The Life Audit was the most useful day I've spent on myself. Nadia asked the questions I'd been avoiding and left me with a one-page plan I still look at every Sunday.
Coaching by message fit my life with a newborn perfectly. Short, thoughtful replies from Nadia on my schedule — it kept me moving when I couldn't book a session.

Questions, Answered
What's the difference between a life coach and a therapist?
Therapy often explores the past and treats mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on the present and future — decisions, goals and change. If therapy would help more, Nadia will say so and help you find one.
What do people usually work on?
Career moves, relationships, relocations, confidence, burnout, creative projects — and often the vague feeling that something needs to change.
What if I don't know what I want?
That's the most common starting point. The first sessions are about finding out — together.
How long do people usually stay?
Anywhere from a single Life Audit to a year or more. Most monthly clients stay four to six months.
Does anything I share leave the room?
No — within the usual limits, which Nadia explains on the first call.
