Built for People Who Can't Get Across Town
Everwhere started with a client in rural Virginia who drove ninety minutes each way to see a coach. There had to be a better way. Today almost every session happens online — for night-shift nurses, remote workers, parents with napping kids, and people who simply live far from anyone who does this work.
Asha is based in Richmond, meets local clients on East Cary Street when they'd like, and spent eight years leading distributed teams at a software company before she started coaching.

Online Coaching Questions
Is online coaching as effective as in person?
For most people, yes. What matters is the relationship and the work between sessions — and online makes both easier to keep up.
What do I need?
A phone or computer with a camera and a quiet-ish spot. Camera is optional.
Which time zones do you cover?
Sessions run 7 AM to 9 PM Eastern, which covers most of the US mornings through evenings.
Is this the same as online therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and practical. If therapy would help more, Asha will say so and help you find a licensed therapist in your state.
How does voice-note coaching work?
You send voice notes through a private app whenever you like; Asha listens and replies within a day with questions, ideas or a nudge.
