Why will you not put prices on the website?
Because an honest price depends on the lock, the hour and the location, and a headline number would be a bait figure. You get the real one on the phone before anyone sets off, which is the part that actually protects you.
Is there a callout fee?
It is included in the figure we quote. There is no separate charge that appears when we arrive, which is the single most common complaint people bring us about the last locksmith they used.
Do after-hours calls cost more?
Yes, and we say so on the call rather than at the door. Two in the morning genuinely costs more to staff, but you will know the number before you agree to anything.
How fast can you get here?
Usually thirty to forty-five minutes across Nashville, longer out toward Murfreesboro or at rush hour. We give a real window rather than telling every caller twenty minutes.
Will you damage my lock?
