Luxury Real Estate Agent in Greenwich, CT
Seventeen years selling Greenwich homes — one agent, start to finish.

One Agent, From The First Call To The Keys
I've sold homes in Greenwich since 2009, and I still do every part of it myself — the pricing, the showings, the negotiation and the call the night before closing. No team handing you off, no assistant answering my phone.
I grew up in Cos Cob and know which streets flood in a nor'easter, which houses get the afternoon light and which neighbors have been waiting years for a house on their road. That knowledge is what you're hiring.

How I Can Help
Whether you're selling a family house, buying your first home in town or quietly testing the market, it starts with a private conversation.
Homes I've Represented
A few of the houses I've listed and sold for clients in town. Ask me about what's coming up before it reaches the market.

How I Market Your Home
Four things every listing gets, whatever the price.
Pricing From Real Sales
A written price recommendation built from the houses that actually sold on your road and the ones like it — not from a website estimate.
Photographed In The Right Light
Photography and film scheduled for the hour your house looks its best, with the floor plan and the grounds shot properly.
Previewed Privately First
If you'd like, the agents and buyers I know see the house quietly before it goes public — your choice, never a requirement.
Every Showing With Me
I open the door for every buyer and send you a note after each visit: who came, what they said, what it means.

Greenwich, Village By Village
Greenwich is a town of distinct neighborhoods, and a house in Belle Haven sells nothing like a house in Back Country. I'll tell you honestly how your part of town is moving — and if another agent knows a corner of the market better than I do, I'll say so.

From First Call To Closing
A Private Consultation
We walk the house together and talk about timing, price and what matters most to you.
A Written Plan
My price recommendation, the marketing, the calendar and my fee — in writing before you sign anything.
Showings & Offers
I show the house, report back after every visit and negotiate every offer with you beside me.
Inspection To Closing
I handle the inspection, appraisal and attorneys, and I'm at the closing table with you.
What My Clients Say
Clara told us the price we were hoping for was too high, showed us why, and then sold the house in five weeks at a number we were happy with. Every showing, every call — it was always her.
We were buying from London and couldn't fly over for every viewing. Clara walked each house on video, told us what the listing photos left out, and was standing on the porch when we finally arrived.
Selling my parents' house after forty years was hard. Clara handled the estate attorney, the clean-out and the buyers with real patience, and never once rushed us.
What I Check Before You Make An Offer
The listing tells you the bedrooms. These are the things that decide whether it's the right house.
Flood Zones
Waterfront and low-lying streets carry flood insurance and elevation questions — we look before you fall in love.
Well & Septic
Much of Back Country runs on private wells and septic. I line up the right inspections early.
Permits & History
Additions, pools and finished basements should have permits on file. I check what was built and when.
Fair Price
A clear view of what comparable homes sold for, so your offer is confident, not hopeful.
Negotiation
Price matters, and so do terms — inspection, timing and what stays with the house.
Closing
I keep your attorney, lender and inspector on one calendar until the day you get the keys.
Ask For A Private Valuation
I'll walk the house, look at what's sold nearby and tell you what I'd list it for — no obligation, and nothing goes online.
Questions Clients Ask Me
Do you work alone or with a team?
Alone. I take fewer listings so I can handle every one myself, and when you call, I answer.
How do you decide the asking price?
From what comparable homes have actually sold for, adjusted for your house — the land, the condition, the light. You get it in writing with the sales I used.
Can I sell without the house going online?
Yes. A private sale is offered quietly to buyers and agents I know. It can mean fewer buyers see it, so we'll talk honestly about whether it suits you.
What is your commission?
It's agreed with you in writing before we start, and it's always negotiable. I'll explain exactly what it covers at our first meeting.
We're moving from out of state. Can you help?
Often. I tour houses on video, send the details the photos miss and set up a weekend of showings when you're ready to visit.
Do you work with buyers too?
Yes. Buyers are about half my business, and many of them come back to me when it's time to sell.
