The Neighborhood

Kakaʻako, Between The Mountains And The Sea

Kakaʻako sits between downtown Honolulu and Ala Moana — a neighborhood of street murals, small restaurants, waterfront parks and new homes. From The Corallis, the beach park, the shops and the office towers are all a short walk or bike ride away.

The building is designed for people who live here year-round and for owners who split their time between Honolulu and somewhere else.

We'd never bought before a building was finished. The sales team walked us through the public report page by page and answered every question about deposits before we signed anything.

Questions

Questions About Buying Before Completion

What is the developer's public report?

A document issued by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission that describes the project, the residences and the purchase terms. Your sales contract isn't binding until you've received it. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell; images show the lifestyle and design direction and are illustrative only.

Can I cancel after I sign?

Yes. Hawaii law gives buyers 30 days after receiving the public report to cancel their contract. The details are in the notice you'll receive with the report.

Where do my deposits go?

To an escrow company, according to the deposit schedule in your contract. We'll walk you through the schedule before you sign.

When will the building be finished?

Completion is currently estimated for 2029. Construction timelines can change, and the public report explains what happens if they do.

Can I buy from outside Hawaii or the US?

Yes. Many buyers live elsewhere. We offer video tours and can introduce you to lenders and attorneys who work with out-of-state and international buyers.

Can I rent my residence out?

Rental rules depend on the building's documents and Honolulu's short-term rental rules. Ask us for the current details before you buy.
